Just a few steps from the beach and the beautiful Sea of Cortez, Casa 13 in Las Palmas Resort is spacious charmingly furnished four bedrooms three baths, 2 King beds, queen and two separate bunk beds, Single over Single and Double over double.



The Space:

A gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and a delightfully furnished living area with a satellite television, DVD, high speed internet, a plush sofa and all resort amenities. Relax in our wonderful home that serve as an oasis for vacationers seeking pleasure and tranquility by the emerald colored sea. Please note that our villa is equipped with a propane gas grill only. If you wish to use a charcoal grill they are available in the common areas.

Great villa location

Pros: We had 6 adults and 4 kids ages 6-9 at the villa and really enjoyed our time. Plenty of space inside and the outdoor patio was perfect. The location was in between the kids pool and beach, making it easy to walk to both. Cons: A few things didn’t work great (handle to master door wall, drawers in master, shelf in fridge to name a few), but it didn’t negatively impact our trip. Property garbage bins to empty garbage from the villa weren’t very close by, but we managed.Lastly, security on property was overly strict with some things that we felt were too much. We were playing soccer nicely on the grass in front of the villa (private area) and they stopped us. Also, very strict about wristbands, which is fine, but maybe don’t use paper wristbands that barely stay on a day. Overall, we’d definitely come back even given the very small cons. Villas are the way to go with groups!
