讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
We fell in love with our 1 bedroom apartment. It was beautiful and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We only got a couple of the staff’s names but one was Wairy in the office and she answered all of our questions and helped us rebook the same apartment for March. The young fella who checked us in was helpful and so nice. He was always smiling. We had difficulty with the safe and the tv. He came back to our room immediately to try to remedy the problem. Hopefully they did get the safe fixed for the next guests. Calvin was one of the security team staff and he was awesome. They entire staff went out of their way to acknowledge you. I was expecting more lounge chairs on the beach though. There’s maybe 9 or 10. It does say private beach but there were people from neighbouring apartment/condo buildings using them which I found odd. I would have been upset if there weren’t any free to use because of that but we didn’t run into that this trip but I could see it happening. We are not new to staying in Cabarete but this was our favourite stay so far. So much that we are returning in 2 months. We love that we can walk the beach to our fav little beach spots and there are 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. The new Janet’s plus is very nice and closer than the original Janet’s. We look forward to our return trip and are sure it won’t be our last at Ultravioleta.
