All of the above are true. The staff is amazing, especially Eduardo, the coffee guy. He deserves a raise. My room was clean, modern and bright. Loved the tall ceilings and big balcony. The resort is nice and intimate. I would recommend this resort to my friends.

The room was decent but clearly dated. The sliding balcony doors wouldn’t open, which was disappointing. On the first night, we were locked out for about an hour due to a broken key reader, which was frustrating after a long day. The buffet food was underwhelming, and the champagne tasted extremely weak. The drinks overall were just okay. The resort definitely could use some upgrades and maintenance. That said, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a bright spot in the experience.

The room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly with great service. Our room was on the 2nd floor above the bar and restaurants which was convenient, but could be loud at times. The people in the green shirts were relentless in wanting to sell you a membership. They weren't happy when I told them no. We were able to take a cab to spend the day at the Wyndham Heavens but liked the Viva Tangerine beach better.

We had a great time at the resort. The staff and entertainment were amazingly kind and attentive. Lots of food choices every day. We knew we were not renting a 5 ⭐️ resort and for the money this was absolutely worth it. Great location on the beach.

First of all, the staff cleans your room in stages. They take all your towels, wash cloths and hand towels and shower rig while you are out for breakfast. Then they don’t come to clean or replace towels until late in the day. So you are without most of the day. Then when they do come to clean and replace towels, they only leave body towels. No wash cloths, hand towels or shower rug. We had a lot of rain during our Feb3-10 stay. Not a lot of sun or beach time. All that rain came thru the ceiling of our 3rd floor, top floor, ceiling. Dropped on the bed making it unusable. Luckily we had 2 queen beds. When reported we got no response. Another big rain two days later after reporting it the first time. Now, the floor and the beds are soaked. We visited guest services and she came to our room. Actually got water dropped in her head as she leaned over to feel the wet bed. She had maintenance come to our room. He came in, looked but nothing was done for the last 2 days of our stay. Food was average and reserved restaurants food was average to poor. Good thing: Viva Tangerine is very close to the beach and the biggest sunbathing beach along the shore. So many Peddlers on the beach disturbing our time to relax. I would not return or recommend Viva Tangerine.

Food was really horrible. Bland, presentation was below standard. Pool was small and water very cold! Very few beach chairs and you couldn’t go swimming because of heavy waves. No entertainment worth while. And if you are coming for unlimited alcohol get ready to get horrible drinks! My family and I basically had to go out to eat and drink every day of our stay. And don’t get me started with rooms. Like we were staying at a motel!! Beds were creaking and uncomfortable. A/C was not really cooling in our room and the kids a/c was leaking up a storm. Called maintenance 5 and really didn’t fix the problem. Honestly regretted booking here and wish I would’ve just booked a couple of rooms at one of the smaller local hotels. Do not book or stay here. Would bot recommend!

Il y avait des fourmis les deux premiers jours près de la porte d’entrée et beaucoup de bruit. Par contre, L’équipe est vraiment gentille et tous les employés sont très heureux et s’amusent beaucoup ensemble ce qui est beau à voir. Merci pour le beau séjour!

La chambre l’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas je suis allé à la réception on pas dit il vont la réparé le temps que je mange après le repas toujours pas réparé j’ai demandé de changer de chambre tous les jours sa a pris 3 jours après avoir perdu connaissance et passée un journée à hôpital pour coup de chaleur sans parler que le plancher de la chambre était toujours mouillé on a passé une serviette partout et 30 minutes plus tard il était mouillé de nouveau
