“It has to be a better communication when it is a shorter of water , we got there and it was not water and it was our first time in Puerto Rico so we didn’t know that they have a tank of water inside the unit for emergency, we have to find out for ourselves how to use the emergency tank , because I was told that we were supposed to have some kind of a schedule for the water but we never have a that time , it was always when we were out or a different times, I have to find out on my own and after……

“I came here for a special occasion and everything lived up to expectation. The property is amazing. The staff is so so friendly, like incredibly friendly and they treat you like you would not belong anywhere else. The beach is so beautiful and maintained. Crystal clear water. The food is very good and the chef accommodated us with specific requests. We got a plunge pool and you can step off your private area right onto the beach and take a nice beach walk at night.
