"The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location is close to everything. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness in the pool area; there were plastic cups in the pool, and the floor where the sun loungers are located had mud between the bricks."
"The room fridge did not cool at all, the shower had no shower pressure. Asked front desk to see if someone can check it out & a young boy came turnt the water on and left…."
"It was alright. Breakfast could’ve been better. They’re remodeling and the place is looking good. Parking needs work. It’s a very nice and simple hotel if you need someplace to rest. Pool area was pretty, wish the bar was open though. (It’s under construction)."
"This is a unique hotel, decorated creatively in a Moroccan theme. Beautiful artwork in all the common areas and in our room. Take note that there are some interior rooms that have no windows. We opted to upgrade to a room with windows and a balcony, and it was quite spacious and comfortable. It didn’t cost that much to upgrade and it was well well worth it. On the roof, there are stone bathtubs that guests can fill with water and take in the views of the city while cooling off in the tubs. It seems to always be breezy up there and it’s a great escape from the heat. There are shady areas if you want to get out the sun or you can sunbathe there. It is quite unique and a treat in the day or evening. Close to all the Old San Juan historic sites and restaurants
