Punta Vista condos are awesome. Well appointed, clean, and right on the beach. Staff is amazing and lovely.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We went to Punta Mita for a holiday family vacation. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. There is a wonderful deck that looks out to the beach and ocean…beautiful! Do not hesitate to rent this property.

Punta Mita stay

Property itself was lovely. Location was not. Could not walk to restaurants as stated without walking on a very rocky, dark beach. Streets/neighborhood felt unsafe and prop manager suggested we use beach to get there and not walk the streets. Not what description says at all.

Great Stay

Wonderful stay. Condo is lovely and very spacious. Perfect for us (4 adults, 2 kids), but could accomodate 1-2 more easily. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Pool is great and well maintained. Beach is just steps past the pool. We rented a golf cart which made the trek into town easier for the small children. (10-15 minute walk vs 3-4 minutes in a golf cart). Having the garage space made the golf cart super easy. Many nice resturants in town. Great coffee shop with smoothies, baked goods, breakfast items. Absolutely would stay here again.

Another great stay......

We returned to this condo for our second visit. It is a beautiful property and the only complaint is having to leave. Working with Bob and his on site manger Carlos is easy and they are very prompt with response. The condo is so large and beautiful. It has everything you need. This time we had 2 grandchildren with us both under two. Carlos had the pak n play all set up. We really like the media room. It was a great place for afternoon naps. Not just the kids. Punta de Mita is a wonderful town full of excellent restaurants. Bob also offers lots of water toys which we used. The staff at the condo were extremely nice and helpful. We used the BBQ on the property one night and it was very clean and fun to eat in. The outside patio is so big and wonderful to sit on and listen to the ocean or watch some summer rain storms. We would love to return and HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property and the owners and management.

Amazing Condo and Location

This property checked all the box’s and is everything described and more!!! Carlos was great and arranged everything we needed from airport transfers, groceries and chef services. The excellent wifi was an added bonus. The pool was nice and miles of beach to walk and at least 2 surf breaks we could see from the deck. We rented a golf cart but you don’t need to, lots of restaurants, shops and stores within walking distance. The building staff were also amazing and the pool, grounds and building was always immaculately. We highly recommend … We will return :).

Spacious condo and stunning views, with pool and is situated close to the town center.

The unit was perfect for our needs. Our toddlers enjoyed the pool, beach and ocean, and the building is a very short walk to the center of town. Checking in was easy, and the property manager - Carlos - answered all our questions promptly with great recommendations.

Stunningly decorated condo with amazing views of whales beach pool

Walked snd waddled the beach paddle boarded kayaked went private whale watching with Thomas super guide. Good food at restaurants! Not busy. Love it will be back. Carlos arranged a chef first night so amazing to walk in the door to beautiful food smells and a fresh margarita

We’ll be back!

We had a best time in Punta Mita. From the beautiful picturesque condo to the brand new pool we enjoyed it all! The ocean was like a lake, so calm without any large waves. My kids boogie boarded and paddle boarded every day, swam in the pool and walked/played along the beach. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were very close to restaurant row so we walked to breakfast and dinner every day. There’s so much more to say, but overall it was a fantastic trip. My kids are 8 and 6 and we felt this was a great location for their ages

Great quiet getaway

We loved this place and would definitely go back. We stayed 4 nights and I wish we stayed a few more. The pool is pristine and the beach is quiet and the waves were very mellow. Our kids played with boogie boards all day right out front. There's a nice little surf break just down the way. Sapos surf rentals (a pop-up right on the beach down by the marina) gives awesome boat tours and will take you to surf breaks, or around the point to a great snorkeling spot. We saw humpback whales & dolphins along the way.The kitchen is fully stocked, but just an FYI all of the utensils are shoved into a tiny drawer under the stove. I didn't discover this drawer until our last day, lol. My one suggestion is to have plastic glassware and plates/ platter for bringing snacks/ drinks down to the pool. There are a lot of good restaurants just a walk away. We rented a car but really didn't need it because we walked all over town. We felt very safe during our stay and the building itself is very secure at night. Carlos, the manager is great and very responsive.

Perfect family retreat

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Property was beautiful, the view was incredible. Property manager and owner were kind and responsive. It was a lifetime memory for our family. We booked a chef to prepare a meal for our arrival and it was the best way to end a long day of travel. Carlos helped us connect the dots. Surfing as a family was the goal and we had plenty of time in the water. We were able to use boards at the condo for 2 adults and 3 kids. We rented a boat and surfed at La Lancha 3 times. Better waves than out front. Wished we would have had more swell, but October gave us a little something. Wish I was there right now.

Relaxing beach vacation

Great location! The condo is very spacious. Loved the pool at the property and all of the ocean toys - paddle boards, sea kayaks etc. that the property had available to guests. The proximity to town is good but we did rent a golf cart for convenience. Would definitely go back!

Mexican Paradise

We have just returned home after spending an idyllic month in this beautiful condo in Punta Mita. The property manager Oscar was there for whatever we needed to make our vacation perfect. The condo is beautiful and the views from the terrace of the ocean and the sound of the waves were perfect. 10 minute walk to great restaurants and boutiques, or delicious tacos across the street. Highly recommend.

Perfect for family or couple stay

The break in front of the house was great for kids. There is a wonderful restaurant that delivers La Russtica. The guards and other tenants are all so sweet and we felt very safe. The pictures of the property do not give it justice the place was amazing and the property manager was so easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Place!

Everything about the accommodations were great. We were greeted for checkin, the condo was better than the pictures, the water equipment was awesome to have access to use. Plenty of local cuisine in walking distance. We would look to book again if we ever have the chance.

Blissful Stay

This is a great location with an amazing view over the water! The beachfront location is wonderful and quiet. Its a gentle walk into the warm water which would be great for younger kids as well.

Perfect week

This property is amazing! The view from the enormous balcony was epic. Walking distance to the restaurants was nice but we did rent a golf cart for going into town and that was perfect. Nothing to say bad at all, we loved all the toys the owners provide for the water. It's nice not to have to rent that stuff every day. Carlos was great and very prompt with checkin and responding to questions. Very clean and spacious condo. The beach is clean and felt very safe. All the staff on the property were amazing! Highly recommend!!!

First trip but not the last

We loved our stay at this property. The condo, beach and pool are exactly as pictured. Fun decor, beautiful beach and lovely pool area. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking out to the ocean. Condo is very large and we had way more space than we needed. Close enough to town, though we opted for a golf cart since the streets are dark and sometimes muddy so it can be hard to walk at night. Felt very safe and the property has security on site. The only things that would have made the stay better are more comfortable beds (very, very hard mattresses and we all struggled to sleep) and some basic amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Be sure to bring what you need for toiletries and plan to shop for daily essentials (the kitchen is stocked with appliances but no coffee, drinks, etc). This was our first trip to the area and we preferred condo life to a big resort. Can’t wait to go back.
