Fantastic location. Being able to walk across the courtyard and be right on the beach is amazing. Karen's restaurant is great and so convenient. This location is much quieter and less busy/crowded than some other areas in Bucerias closer to the center of town. But it's still only a few minutes' walk to central Bucerias so you can go grab tacos and churros from the street vendors whenever you want.The condo is great, very spacious, a nice little balcony for 2 people to sit and enjoy the view of the sea and get fresh air.Only negative (a minor one) to the condo is that the bathrooms, particularly the bathroom off the kitchen, have a bit of odor, I think it's coming from the sink drain -- there is no P-trap in the sink drain for either bathroom, which is always used in the U.S. in order to block sewer gas from passing the drain.Would stay here again for sure.

This kitchen was the most well stocked rental kitchen we have ever been in and the view from the condo was outstanding. The beds were super comfortable and the location couldn't be beat. Only one of the A/C units worked well but the breeze did help the main room cool off. We didn't have enough pool towels for all of us upon arrival on Saturday which was a bummer, but the issue was promptly remedied on Monday morning. Overall, the unit could use some updating, but the location is fantastic and host left copious notes and property management company was easy to work with

Really nice property, I would recommend this property. Minor problems were. The kitchen toaster had a bad burn mark on it's top, was afraid to use this appliance. Our stay was 6 nights, maid service was not offered for free. Had to pay for cleaning, did not pay for service.

We really enjoyed the condo. There was a fun restaurant connected right in front of it on the beach made it easy. There were a couple of things that weren’t right, but they were taken care of immediately the area where the condo is is very nice if you go down to the downtown area, it needs a lot of work, but there were nice restaurants around and we really enjoyed ourselves and the hospital

Best Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Glea. The condo and entire facility were perfect. We enjoyed the beach, pool, restaurants, especially Karen’s Place. The unit was immaculate and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning with coffee, and in the evenings relaxing before bed. It was very quiet, private, and walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops - whatever you need. We definitely plan to return as soon as possible. Most relaxing vacation in years.

Very nice location

Enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Liked the size of the property not a huge resort. Many good restaurants in the neighborhood at walking distance. The kitchen living room and bedrooms were clean and comFortable. Bathrooms needed a refresh. Last it was not mentioned the fact of the elevator being at odd floors.was not an issue in our case would have been if we had elderly. Thanks for hosting we will definitely come back

There was no water as they were replacing the cistern and had not yet completed it - understandable- but there was also very little water in the jug left for us which we obviously needed to drink and to wash our hands. They did not respond to this for a full day and night. When they brought the new jug for drinking and hands, they walked me up a flight of stairs to show me a garbage can of water where they said I could use a bucket or a pan to fill with water so we could flush the toilets. I asked they bring a garbage can of water to my floor so I wouldn’t have to walk up the stairs which the did. And they brought me a bucket too. Yay me. We had water the last two days of our four nights there. Other than this huge issue and very poor response time, the unit is nice, dated but nice and right on the beach. Oh and one more thing , elevator doesn’t actually go to very floor- you have to walk up or down one flight to get to the 4th floor. The restaurant nearest the property, called Karen’s is actually very good. The beach is great.

Lovely place to get away

This was a wonderful condo, right on the beach and with all the amenities. Our group of friends was very comfortable here for 6 nights. Ideal location, great pool and beach access, plenty of shops, restaurants and Uber drivers close by. Easy to pop into PV or go up the coast to San Pancho or Sayulita. We shopped and cooked a lot, but also availed ourselves of taco stands on the “upper east side” and great restaurants. As others have said, not for those who have mobility issues due to need to use stairs for one flight. Things we suggest would be: an oven and sharp knives, could have used more bath and hand towels (though laundry is possible across the street), directions for toaster oven, a newer dishwasher as this one left food on dishes regularly,

Location is amazing! But the people in charge were difficult. I was not getting responses from the owner or help from the office. We waited outside for over an hour and arrived at 340pm ish. The pool was great but a couple times in it we were being watched like hawks like we not allowed to be in it im one of the quietest so it wasn’t because loud it was like they hated us younger people. Bucerias is great but maybe stay at one of the other many locations! There are plenty with amazing views

Great Condo in Bucerias

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, spacious and the bed comfy. We bought groceries to use the barbecue, but unfortunately it was not working. We improvised and managed to cook everything using the cook top in the condo (there is no oven). As it was just the two of us, we hand washed our dishes and didn't use the dishwasher, so I can't comment on that. We had a full jug of water on the water cooler machine when we arrived, which was great! We also had a welcome dish of fruit in the fridge including pineapple, grapes, apples, oranges and banana, which was such a lovely surprise! Didn't need the air-conditioning, as the breeze is lovely when you leave the sliding door open and use the ceiling fan. We had great stay. Thank you
