Brand New Property in Amapas

This is a new property bordering the Amapas and Romantic Zones. Situated upslope from highway 200 which is busy and noisy. The safest crosswalk is downslope from the property which allows access the sidewalk on the opposite side of the highway. The steep Abedul stairs provide a "short cut" to the beach. The building is brand new comfortable, with spectacular views. The manager met us at the property upon arrival and walked us thru all of the amenities within the unit. I would give this a 5 star rating but the location on the highway. It's a hike to get up and down the hill if you don't want to spend your pesos on a Taxi service.
