Great Place

daytime noise because of construction across the street but that will be over soon. One of the nicest Condo's we have stayed in. Great front desk security. Would like to utilise it again in the future.

Great Place to Stay

We absolutely loved the location and the condo! The condo was very comfortable, it was nice to the small balcony and open up the doors. The location was great! It is a short walk to the beach, but close enough that you get the great view from the pool and miss a lot of the traffic/people. There are a ton of great restaurants in walking distance. The onsite management staff was excellent! Greeted us as we got out of the cab and provided a complete tour of the place. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely appartment in the heart of Zona Romantica

Lovely appartment, modern and clean. Amazing roof top with a heated pool. Only one problem, at the moment right outside is ongoing massive constraction so it`s a bit noisy in the mornings, but if you dobn`t mind to wake up 8.30 am sharp it will not disturb your stay.

Quick trip in August

Overall a super time. We were there during the hottest and most humid time of the year. However, this unit had Great Air Conditioning and Great Water Pressure. Close enough but just far enough away from the nightlife of Zona Romantica. I would certainly recommend it.

Well Appointed Apartment and Great Stay

Overall, this was a very positive experience. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We were curious on having to e-sign conduct and rules before arriving and then a new set again (not the ones we filled in and signed online) when we arrived. This made it a tad longer to check in and not clear why not just have one process. We had minor problems with hot water to shower, but this was resolved the next day. The rep, Sonia, was very helpful and accessible throughout the stay. The area is accessible to night life and easy enough to get around. It’s tucked away from main bars/clubs, so it’s less noisy. Outside of some minor things, it was a great stay.

Great location!

We were impressed all around with our stay, Brianda was very communicative and made the arrival and departure process stress free. The property was in great shape, clean, and had all the amenities we were looking for, including a washer and dryer. The location was great and a walkable distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants in the Romantic Zone. The views from the roof top pool and deck were incredible!

Great location, modern and clean, perfect for a couple's getaway

The condo is clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make for small meals. The building is beautiful and immaculate. Pool and hot tub where set to the perfect temperatures. Location is perfect with walkability to shops and restaurants. The property management is great and Brianda was wonderful. Only con was the strict rules at the pool set by the HOA and a few owners that it made it slightly uncomfortable to be a the pool if they were around.

Pros and Cons

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Building and apartment had all amenities you could want. Everything was in walking distance. Rooftop has the most spectacular view. A/C in both bedroom and living area. Unit #102 receives a lot of road noise being on the 1st floor. It will take getting used to. The building HOA has implemented more restrictive rules. Make sure to get a full list of rules before booking. Washer/dryer combo washes well but does not dry. The front desk staff has changed and unfortunately not very welcoming.
