Perfect for summer

2nd time staying in this building. It’s everything you could ask for for a summer PV trip: cool and refreshing rooftop pool, clean and comfortable rooms, and strong working air conditioning. I’d definitely stay here again.

Modern Building & Unit

This property is located in the heart of the romantic zone, close to many bars and restaurants. It is also walking distance to the beach which is very convenient. The rooftop pool is well-maintained and provides an amazing view of the city.

Perfect Remote Work Location.

I traveled to PV for work and vacation. The condo was quiet and well appointed with amenities. Wifi worked great. Walking distance to coffee shops and the beach. Building has security which is great as a solo traveler.

A very comfortable condo and very spacious. Love the modern art mix with Mexican culture and how everywhere was walking distance. Beautiful pool top. I felt like I was in a luxurious accommodation beds were very comfortable and condo was nice and clean.

2023 Festival de Muertos Week

Very nice property, building and location. Property management was very responsive, flexible and accommodating. The only drawback was the pool was closed as it was being upgraded during our entire stay.

It was just my husband and me and the place was great. Good location for walking everywhere, beach, restaurants and shopping all right there. The communication with our concierge Aurora was fantastic. She scheduled our rides to and from the airport and an in room massage

Beautiful Condo!

We’ve stayed at Loft 268 for the past 5 years and this condo was by far the nicest property! The owner and management company were wonderful to work with and provide an exceptional cleaning service throughout our stay. The condo was well stocked with kitchen equipment and spices to cook some of our meals. The bed linens were nice and the pillows were new. This was very important as a good night of sleep helped us take advantage of the beautiful weather and rooftop pool and fitness facilities. I highly recommend this condo!

Luxury at its finest

Everything in this building is luxury from top to bottom. My unit was incredible. My guests were blown away. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to make meals. The location was perfect and quiet. The pool upstairs was to die for. Everything about this place was so beautiful. It made my birthday celebration so much more special.

The apt was tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our stay. The location was perfect too, you could really walk the old town. Beautiful Condo

This condo is very beautiful. Modern appliances and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The condo was spotless and the staff very friendly. Lots of room for two couples. Spacious balcony that was shaded all day. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Aurora made the check in process easy. We had a wonderful time!

Great stay in an awesome location

Loft 268 was awesome! The staff was very helpful, friendly and most professional. The apartment was well stocked with everything you could need even though we dined out every evening at nearby restaurants. The rooftop pool and hot tub were excellent with sweet vistas of old town a the view of Bandars Bay. I would highly recommend these accommodations for those looking to experience modern living in the heart of old town PV. -John H. From Montana

Beautiful property in the middle of everything you need! Clean home, 3 blocks from the beach, and restaurants and bars located all around. Was kind of bummed about the pool being closed for repairs but the rooftop terrace is beyond beautiful

Excellent vacation!

This property is gorgeous. The cleanliness, and amenities were first class all the way. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The security was excellent as well. The pool area was the icing on the cake. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family, and I plan on staying there again in the future. Easy rental process. I would recommend that if you have a late flight out to book an extra day. There is no place offered to store your bags and you are not allowed to use the property after check out. Which means if you do not have to be to the airport until 6 or 7pm you are stuck carting your bags around town. So In the future I will add an extra day when I have an evening flight. The rates are affordable enough that this is not a problem.
