Perfect... If you don't mind rules & limitations

Amazingly central location, great building and condo with a beautiful heated pool and hot tub overlooking the city and hills. The staff is exceptionally nice as well. The only real downside is that the rules are quite restrictive, especially in regards to guests. Your guests won't be allowed to go in the pool or hot tub, and they can't come or go from the building after midnight. Considering this is the "Gay Riviera" where late nights with new friends are not just common but basically expected, you may want to think long and hard if these rules are right for you.Outside of that, absolutely fantastic!
