Close to everything you need for a sunny stay, 5 minutes drive to the beach and the pool is just steps away. This condo is part of a tranquil and safe new development with 24/7 security, modern pool, green areas and multipurpose court. Pharmacy and restaurant just outside the property. 5 minute drive to Costco, Versalles, Pitillal, 20 minutes drive to old town. Close to convenience stores and main attractions.

Wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Enjoyed this brand new Condo. Everything as advertised by Alejandro. First floor, no steps to climb, nice pool, close parking spot, good security. Will stay here again on our next visit.

Very clean condo in a nice complex

Alejandro’s place is super nice and clean.. it’s about a 10 minute walk to Walmart and is a 1 minute walk to a convenient store to buy water, etc. which is super convenient. The pool and common areas are very nice as well. While it’s a little far from the center of PV for the price and cleanliness of the condo.. I would recommend it.
