Privacy invasion & Overcharged
I wanted to voice my concern as the hotel refused to accept the original price of my stay even when I showed them the reservation from hotels.com both from the application on my phone and from my email. I was DEMANDED rudely to pay 200 Mexican pesos more per night over the quoted price from hotels.com. I was also given a room with a broken door and lock which was a safety and security concern and they refused to change my room when requested. I was in this area for a late night music festival that would have me return to the hotel at 3 am or later, because of this I spent a lot of time sleeping, as I got ready to attend the 2nd night at my event I noticed my door was being opened as if someone was breaking in, NO PRIOR KNOCK ON THE DOOR WAS GIVEN EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS TIME OF SAYING, HOLA WITH NO RESPONSE. I was in fear for my safety and the belonging in my room while I was gone. I received NO reason and NO apology for her disrespectful actions of overcharging me and for making me feel unsafe. The price per night was supposed to be approx. 500 Mexican pesos per night but demanded I pay 200 pesos more per night refusing to honor the booking from hotels.com and the original price
