The 10 Feet wide Balcony door completely opens to blend the living room and Balcony together, giving you the open feeling. The nightly sunsets from the private balcony will be etched in your memory forever. From the wide windows in the master bedroom, you can watch the ocean waves while reading your favorite book.
1) Bedrooms: This condo has two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is ideal for children and may not be suitable for adults. There is a separate door & a wall between the two rooms. The upper 10" near the ceiling has lattice work to allow airflow.
2) Kitchen: There is also a kitchen with a new full size fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, Electric Skillet, 2 burner stove, Electric portable Oven, coffee pot & pots and pans and utensils. The kitchen allows you the freedom to eat in.
3) Pool & direct Beach Access:
Due to no Pool & Direct Beach Access, we have Highly discounted our Nightly rate from $115.00usd to $69.00usd. Sunscape Resort has reserved Common Areas for their All Inclusive Guests only because they provide free food and drinks in Common areas to their All Inclusive guest. Our guests can purchase All Inclusive for as many days as they like to have access to Pool and Beach. Our guests can enjoy PV and the surrounding areas and they can chose to purchase All Inclusive only for the days they want to relax by the Pool. Alos, there is a Public Beach Access about 12 mins walk for guests who do not purchase All Inclusive. Or guests can take a short Taxi ride to the beach from the condo for less than $5.00. We already have a Beach Umbrella, chairs and coolers in the condo. With a little planning, guests can bring their own food and drinks to the beach and enjoy their whole day on the beach. For this little inconvenience, our guests save a lot of money.

so loved ones can call you.
5) Building Administrator & Local Property Manager: The Building Administrator and Local Property Manager are onsite & available to attend to your needs in a short notice. If any issues arise, they are onsite to deal with it right away. This is very important for most guests. Check before you book anywhere else.
6) Medical services: Medical service is also available onsite through Sunscape Resort. Accidents happen sometimes but it’s good to know there is help available here.
7) Bathroom Area: The bath room area is also unique, there are two vanities, a separate shower & a separate toilet. So four people can use this area at once, this is very handy when there is more than two guests. This condo is the only one with this setup in our building.
8) Security: For everyone's safety at the Resort, Sunscape has security guards at our Entrance Gates. They have also installed Security Cameras on each floor.
8) Shopping Malls: There are four shopping malls close by. 1) The new mall “La Isla” is right next door with Approx.. 70 High End Stores, Restaurants & Theatre. Some of the stores in “La Isla mall are Starbucks, Forever 21, Guess Jeans, MacStore, Subway Sally Beauty, VIPs, Sun glass Hut, Calvin Klein, Hurley, Tommy Hilfiger Pandora, AT & T, The Hat Club, Smart Fit, , Laces, H & M, Europiel, Nutrisa, Boss, Innovasport, Bath & body works, Mobo, a Movie Theatre, Pharmacy, Kiehl’s, Quarry and many more.
#2) Plaza Caracol Mall is a 15 minute walk with large grocery store and 100 other shops including bank, money exchange, etc.
3) Liverpool Mall is an upscale mall with many shops about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride. It also has Wal-Mart & Sams.
4) Costco about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride.
9) Restaurants: For your dining pleasures, there are many new restaurants next door in the Mall "La Isla" and right across the street. Also, there is a Food Court about two blocks away on your right.
10) Airport to Condo: The condo is a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Uber is available in Puerto Vallarta.
All Rental money and Deposits are collected by the travel website, VRBO / Homeaway. No monies are collected by the owner or Property Manager . We will NOT ask you for your Credit Card information so your personal information is protected. If a Refundable Deposit was charged by the website than it will be automatically returned by the Travel Website after 14 days, assuming there are no damages.
Once dates are booked we will email you 2 attachments......1) Rental Contract 2) Welcome Sheet with Condo & Key information. Book Securely online by choosing “Book Now" button.
