The room was better than my expectations. It’s like a small apartment with 1 and a half bathrooms. Has a fridge and microwave . Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a small pool there. Free water filling stations on every floor. Close to the bus stop and various shops . Walking distance from the beach and Malacon. Can’t flush toilet paper. Sometimes got noisy at night .

Pesimo servicio, llame antes del check in para avisar que me quedaria una segunda noche y la chica que me contesto me comento que tenia que ir en ese momento a la recepción a pagar e seguida, yo estaba en medio de una junta de trabajo y le expliqué que mas tarde pasaria y ella insistio que NO, que tenia que pagar en ese momento. Mas rarde regrese y no me respetaron la rarifa, me querian cobrar mucho mas y me dijeron qué seria en otra habitación de menor calidad y cobrandome mas. En la madrugada de la segunda noche callo un tormenton y se inundo toda la habitación, tuve que bajar a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación y fue otra odisea. El personal no tiene ninguna capacitacion, no dan prontas respuestas, no estan en su area y son muy burocraticos y sus respuestas es NO NO NO

Location of the hotel was great ! Close to the beach, restaurants small walk to town center , loved the decorations of the hotel with plants EVERYWHERE What I didn’t like was the smell of the room, as soon as you open the door it hits you , maybe sewage or just bad humidity. We sprayed the rooms and disinfected the room but it did not work. Only the bedroom had AC so area with fridge and sitting table had no AC. Also cleanliness of the room was poor Recommend for short stay or if you’re out all day and need a place to lay your head.

This was my second time staying there. Had the same room/studio as before. A great deal for the price. The staff has always been kind, helpful, and courteous. If there are any negatives it's the street noise. However, that may not be an issue if you have an interior room.

I had a great time. The place and stay was amazing. Staffs are great and friendly, especially Mr. Ivan. It's also clean and worth the price, my room was spacious, it has a different bedroom and living room with small kitchen. So convenient! Loved also my breakfast. And I enjoyed the pool.

I loved my ten night stay, everyone was so friendly and kind. The hotel is so clean. I enjoyed the pool. Hotel is located in the heart of it all. Quick walk to the beach, fantastic restaurants everywhere. I am looking forward to returning.

I booked last minute when plans changed, hotel looked decent enough on line. When I arrived tired and cranky I opened the door to a living room, full kitchen, small washroom. Realized close door held a nice bedroom, king size bed, large bathroom and lots of drawer and closet space. Would definitely stay there again on any future trips.

If you're just looking for a place to rest your head & then head out, this is the spot for you. If you need all the amenities, you will be disappointed. We were very happy with our stay as our intention was to be located in walking distance to all the things, which this was definitely perfect for.

Excelente hotel. Pequeño con pocas habitaciones, las habitaciones espaciosas, cuentan con sala comedor y cocina. El rooftop con alberca y camastros es excelente. Y su personal super amable.
