Too Many Problems the First 4 Days

1. Fridge ice maker was working and there were no back-up ice trays.2. Flapper in master bedroom toilet was worn out.3. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken and had to be replaced.4. the toilet seat in the 2nd bathroom was loose about to fall off.5. Hot water went out the 2nd day6. The hot water for the shower didn't last more than about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes each time.7. The safe wouldn't open on day 2.8. Upon arrival the floor was dirty and needed cleaning.9. The TV didn't have cable or a smart stick.

A jewel of a place

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was a place to come home to after exploring Puerto Vallarta. The view and the incredible comfort of both interior and large deck make it a destination in itself.

9 nights in paradise

Great condo, excellent dining & grilling terrace with views of the city. Hotel quality king bed and linens. Stellar Rooftop pool with swim up bar. Easy walkable location to beach and bars. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely View and Area

We totally enjoyed our 2 1/2 weeks at 220 Pinnacle. The rooftop pool and bar is really great. The condo is well done but when at the condo we were on the deck most of the time. It is a great view and vibe. Security is very nice. Most days we would pack a beach bag, take the funicular down and walk a short 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. There are multiple beach clubs that take great care of you. It's a great area and an inexpensive coffee shop is steps outside the front door. Norm was so on the ball with communication. Thanks for a great holiday.

From the minute I booked this property … I had a five-star experience! Norm. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. Sebastian, my concierge was just terrific during my check in and check out. And everything in between it was truly one of the best rentals I have experienced. Well-located condo in a great section of Zona Romántica. Property is immaculate and well equipped, with a beautiful rooftop infinity pool and nice gym. Have stayed multiple times - highly recommend!

Oh, the stairs!

This is a lovely condo, nicely appointed, with a beautiful view. However, the property is (as stated) 2 blocks from the beach, but those two blocks include stairways with more than 100 steps. There is a funicular, but it does not run 24 hours. The other thing you need to know is that the building requires pool users to wear a plastic bracelet (provided by the management company). We put ours on the first day, then discovered that once you put them on they do not come off! And we were staying for 3 weeks! We ultimately decided to cut them off and forego using the pool.

Another amazing trip!

Roof top pool area is awesome!

Pablo the property manager texted me upon my arrival, met us at the condo, gave us an overview of place and was overall very helpful. We later had a couple of plumbing issues which he was quick to attend to! The condo is in a good location for getting to the beaches and restaurants but you will have to walk up / down some hills to get there but that's just the way PV is laid out. Beautiful views of the ocean but there is construction of a new high rise that partially blocks the view but again that's the progress happening all around PV.. Certainly the "gem" of this property is the rooftop pool, bar and lounge area. We've stayed at other Pinnacle properties and while this condo is a bit smaller than those...whose in the room when you can be in a roof top infinity pool with 180 degree views of the PV bay!

Unexpected Gem

Communication with Norm (owner) and Pablo (PVRPV Vacation Expert) was uncomplicated and seamless. It was an introduction to a condo that was in a great spot with easy access to the entire town of Zona Romantica as well as Los Muertos beach. We were unaware of the impact Easter Week would have on the town - lots of busy restaurants, music, and great people-watching. It was a pleasure to go back to a condo on a very quiet street with a beautiful view of the town. The rooftop pool, bar, and its view were icing on the cake (as well as the washer/dryer)!
