The staff is excellent. The rooms are lovely (we’ve stayed here twice). The location is fabulous - quiet and charming. Lovely rooftop pool / bar where the delightful Jesus tends bar. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something other than a boring resort.

Front desk and all the staff were amazing.My room was out of this world going back in time.I was in awe looking at my chandelier,fireplace along with the claw foot bathtub.I used the 7th floor pool which had amazing views of the city and wonderful bartender and drinks.Breakfast was great on the 2nd floor along with decorated room with a site to be hold! We stayed in the Carlotta. This is a ground level suite. The set up was perfect for a family. Air conditioning worked amazingly for how hot it was. Our room was always cleaned impeccably and we were provided with fresh linen and towels daily. Only note is you will hear outside noise and noise from above rooms occasionally, however it didn’t bother any of us. Really loved the location! Walkable to many different places for food and drink and to the beach. Easy to catch an uber for further excursions. Would totally recommend and can’t wait to stay in the others suites!
