Wake up to sweeping views of Banderas Bay from the 17th floor of this beautiful beachfront condo at the Grand Venetian. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy morning coffee with the ocean breeze, relaxing afternoons overlooking the beach, and spectacular sunsets over the Pacific.

Located in Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Hotel Zone, the condo places you just minutes from the airport, downtown, and some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in the city.

-The Condo
This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo offers the perfect balance of relaxation, location, and resort-style living.

The condo is professionally decorated with high-end furnishings and features two spacious balconies, one facing the ocean and another with beautiful mountain and city views.

Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the living room directly to the balcony, creating a bright indoor-outdoor space where the ocean breeze flows naturally throughout the condo.

The living area includes a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and Claro Video, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

We had some initial issues with the A/C system in the condo but the property management team immediately jumped in (after hours) to find an acceptable alternate unit while it was repaired. Overall a very relaxing property, large layout, and beautiful uncrowded pools.

Perfect location for a relaxing week.

Our family of 4 throughly enjoyed our time at this property. The pools were amazing. The views are spectacular. It doesn’t have the hustle and energy of a resort with a full entertainment staff, and that was ideal for us. The buildings sit about halfway between the marina and downtown, offering a quick taxi ride for many nice restaurants The unit was very nice. Comfortable. We loved opening the sliding doors and having fresh air flow through the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the space was perfect for us. The owners were great with communication and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We certainly enjoyed tower three at the grand Venetian. The view from our condo was spectacular for both the city and the water. The pools were comfortable and enjoyable. We always found a chair and an umbrella if we wanted it. We enjoyed the pool side restaurant service. The unit is in need of some updates and repairs that I think you are already aware of. Also I was surprised that there was no laundry soap or dish dishwashing soap but we had to get our own.

Second experience was as good as the first!

This is the second time we have rented at this location but in a different suite. Both are managed by Sergio and Regina. We booked with Regina and Sergio because our last experience here at GV was amazing and we had hoped to recreate that initial excellent experience. We were NOT disappointed. We utilized the pick up service from the airport with Regina. It was so nice to put a face to a name. The check in experience was easy and everything was prepared for us on arrival. We had two small issues that Sergio dealt with on the first day. You can always expect a high level of professionalism from Sergio and Regina. The GV property is amazing with it's 5 pools and numerous amenities. We were always able to get good seats by the pool. The location is central to the Hotel zone and provides easy walking access to three different grocery stores. We travelled mainly by UBER and the gate staff here at PV are excellent. The grounds are immaculate and the buildings are kept very clean. The host/hostess located on the grounds near the front entrance of all three buildings are so helpful with any questions you may have. We are definitely going to use this property on our future travels to Puerto Vallarta.

17th floor condo

The condo is as listed, it’s nice and roomy. The kitchen and living space was nice and big for our family. The balcony does overlook part of the river which isn’t super pretty but it also looks out to the ocean. The AC works well inside the unit. There is a loud dance club but fortunately it only played music on Saturday and it ended around 9pm.The elevator ride up is a bit hot and stuffy up to the 17th floor but it worked fine. The restaurant on site is delicious and the pools have bar/food service starting at 12:00. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo! There’s direct beach access also which we enjoyed.The property manager was very nice to work worth and very easy to get ahold of.

Our home away from home

The Grand Venetian property is extremely well maintained with beautiful landscaping, plenty of outdoor seating with poolside servers. Our condo was on the 17th floor and had amazing views of the bay and the river, and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going. The condo kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the furniture throughout the unit was very nice, and the outdoor balcony furniture was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee to watching the sunset and playing cards. This was our 7th stay at The Grand Venetian and we can’t imagine being anywhere else in PV. And just to mention that Sergio was extremely accommodating and helpful this morning when I arrived at the airport and realized my wallet and passport were left back at the condo. I phoned Sergio and he immediately allowed us access back into the condo to retrieve my forgotten items and we were able to make our flight without issues. He even messaged us to make sure we got on the plane! Muchas Gracias! We will be back again!

Cleaning could have been much better. The bedding is old and stained - need new linen desperately on all beds. The master bed mattress is a health hazard, I had lower back aches every morning. Found pieces of glass under the bar stool and hair from front to back. Views of ocean & mountains, Sergio and restaurant was great!!! The unit can use a few things; vacuum, dry/wet swifter and towel hamper

Nice condo

The condo was nice and clean. Could have used a few more kitchen utensils and cookware, but otherwise all was good. The second elevator in the building never worked, so it was slow up and down, and the water was out all day one day. But, that isn't a reflection on this condo, just the building itself. It has a beautiful view, nice and airy, comfortable furniture! I would definitely stay here again!

No Bang For the Buck

Initially we thought the place was a four star but only to find mould in the two shower stalls; substandard equipped kitchen; inconsistent internet; few available English TV channels. The signal was always cutting out. Beds and linens were not high standard. Three days a week of ‘head banging 500+ decibel music’ coming from a club below. From 2 pm-9pm. The Pro’s were: great service from the property manager, Sergio; great food and service in the restaurant located below building ONE, excellent heated pools; and an excellent view!

Beautiful and Clean Condo

This was a very nice property with amazing views. I loved that it was so quiet and we were able to relax at the end of each day. The location is nice but it is a bit of a walk to the grocery store. Also, it is right next to a nice mall but you have to walk all the way around to the front to enter. My family and I don't mind walking so it wasn't a big deal. We would love to stay at this beautiful condo if we every find ourselves in Puerto Vallarta again.

Excellent Accommodations, Beautiful View, Paradise

We loved staying in this condo! Beautifully decorated, fabulous view and had all the amenities as advertised. The pictures represent the property accurately. There were 6 girls all in the one condo with plenty of space! Two full bathrooms and large closets with drawers and hanging space. ( the condo doesn't have hangers). We contacted Sergio to purchase all of our groceries for the 5 days for a small fee. He stocked the refrigerator and freezer (with ice!). We celebrated a birthday with a total of 14 girls in 3 condos all in Tower 3. We all had our own Yeti cups so we took drinks to the pool daily. Please read your check in and contract instructions completely before you arrive as there is great information that you need to know! We had absolutely no issues with anything in the condo! Couple of recommendations for the condo: 1. Need to have more paper towels 2. garbage bags and 3. a Safe. Jose was very responsive and answered all questions expeditiously. Highly recommend this condo for a fabulous trip to Puerto Vallarta!
