We stayed in the Grand Luna King Suite. All I can say is WOW. The view is utterly breathtaking and the people are amazing. 6-10 min golf cart ride to center of town. Food is incredible. Can’t say enough good things.

My boyfriend and I did not have a good experience at this hotel. Raccoons got through the ceiling and kept us up all night running along the roof. The next morning we did inform the hotel and they put a piece of wood through the hole they got in. However then a bunch of bugs started getting in our room at night and we would wake up in the morning with mosquito bites all over our faces. It was also hard to communicate with the staff because they didn't speak very good English and we had to text them every morning what time we were leaving the hotel at so the housekeeping could come and we requested more drinkable water multiple times but they would only give me and my partner approximately 1 L of drinkable water per day. The bugs were everywhere and they were extremely hard to control even though we would keep our doors shut all the time.

The rooms and bathrooms were not clean by most hotel standards. Even asking them to clean the room after Cioti broke in and left the room a mess with sticky candy all over they just flipped the cushions over and left the candy on it. Did not wipe down the coffee table. Did not clean or give any attention to the areas that were pointed out to them.

Siete Lunas is located off a dirt road but an easy walk from the center of Sayulita. We only took a car once and enjoyed the walk with a cool beach Playa Del Muerto on the way. Staff was great. Room was really cool. You are basically stating in a grass roofed treehouse at the top of the canopy of trees with a full panorama welcoming you each morning. Sunrises are really cool, not much of a sunset because of the mountain. Limited food options at the property All in all, fun place to spend a few days. Not sure Sayulita is my favorite bra cf vacay, but we had some fun!

Okay I really wanted to love this hotel. The reality is very different from the fantasy that I created based on the pictures and descriptions of the hotel. First issue was the lack of communication from the hotel upon arrival you get stuck outside unless the hotel remembers to contact you before hand with instructions on how to get in. The room room beautiful at first glance but once you start going thru the room putting away your belongings you start to notice a lot and I mean a lot of issues with the room. Maybe it was just my bad luck but I had animal droppings in countless areas and the room felt like it could fall apart with a push. Everything that I saw for myself from the room to the exterior areas looked like they were falling apart, from the pool area to the rooms just need a lot of work...screws, tiles, bugs, animal droppings everywhere. The list goes on and on and I would suggest to get a car or a golf cart if you stay in this hotel the road to the hotel is rough and the walk up to the rooms is steep. So over all I am disappointed for what I paid basically 1,000 dollars and I didn't want to say anything because of the discomfort we would have to endure after telling the staff the obvious issues with the room and the place.

The bloom is off this Lilly.

The good. Staff were nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. View from pool area is fantastic, just don’t lean on the railings - they’re barely attached - and when they finally fail the fall will likely be fatal. The bad. Entire place was definitely 3rd world, run down and in general disrepair. Drinks at the bar and in the room fridges are outrageously high-priced. Small bottles of cheap Mexican wine are likewise absurdly expensive. We only tried the breakfast once, then opted to walk into town (10 minutes on rough dirt road that thankfully hadn’t seen recent rains). The rim around the tiny pool was falling apart and covered with buzzard poop, so avoid if possible. Lastly, the pool, lounge, eating area has Adele and Sarah McLaughlin on repeat most days. Lots of raw sewage and rotting garbage in and around town, so don’t drink the tap water and make sure to avoid the food carts.

Great views & rooms!!!

Stunning location… A little bit difficult to get to. Would be nice if there were better driving directions. But once we got there, it was worth the drive up the dirt road. Would definitely return to this property for another another stay!! Theresa was very helpful & pleasant.
