Located in the prestigious and luxurious Signature by Pinnacle, just 200 metres from Los Muertos Beach and in the heart of the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

Situated just above Olas Altas Street, and accessible by an electric funicular, Signature by Pinnacle is only a few minutes walk away from many delicious dining options, fabulous galleries, boutiques and memorable nightclubs. The building has around-the-clock security and offers a spectacular lounge bar and infinity pool as well as an equipped gym which is available free-of-charge to all guests.

Signature 406 Puerto Vallarta Condo is located on the 4th floor, facing the sea, and affords unobstructed views of Puerto Vallarta's famous sunsets. Its corner location and back windows capture refreshing, cooling, mountain breezes throughout the day and evening. There is also a 45' long private terrace facing the sea with a private dipping pool of 9' x 10'

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay. We truly enjoyed the unit and the property, its location, and its amenities. Everything was immaculate—the unit was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with both the owners and the manager was easy and pleasant throughout. The only challenge was that the Apple TV and music system were difficult to use and may be due for replacement. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The view was incredible, and the accommodations were excellent. The unit includes one television, which requires a streaming account to watch. Cleaning service is provided only upon departure. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with detergent and cleaning supplies. For airport transportation, I highly recommend using Uber. My party of three was charged nearly five times more by the transportation company recommended by the VRBO contact. Overall, I’d definitely stay in this same unit again.

Everything was perfect. I can see why this property is always booked. We didn’t want to leave! Host was super responsive, and Juan Carlos was there to welcome us and make sure we had everything that we needed. The view is even more spectacular than the pictures show, and the dipping pool was our favorite spot. 10/10!

Been to the fabulous 406 many times over the years. It’s perfect! Just perfect. Come alone & enjoy your own zen. Come with your partner & it is a romantic haven. Bring another couple & it’s fun times at this fully stocked & thoughtfully set up huge condominium with a panoramic unobstructed view from Mismaloya to Punta Mita! Plus your private veranda with a dipping pool. Can’t wait to come back!

Just book it!!

Stayed at this property for my 50th birthday with my three sisters. There is no detail left untouched. The views are spectacular. Juan Carlos is absolutely amazing! The location is top notch. As a group of four women, we felt extremely safe. If the dates you’re looking for are available, I would 100% book it. Everyone at the property that we came in contact with were amazed that we were able to secure this location for our vacation.

My absolute favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta

Everything about this condo is just perfect. The photos do not do this place justice. It is impeccably clean & offers every amenity for a comfortable stay. The view is unobstructed, the veranda is huge, the location is ideal. WiFi is reliable. The owner has thought of every little detail. Juan Carlos is the property manager & he is on the ball! Easily accessible, totally reliable & a real gentleman. Juan can help arrange airport pick up, rental car if desired & knows everyone in town who can help make your stay in PV the best vacation ever! I have been a guest at 406 several times & will continue to come back here at every opportunity. Love love love this faaaabuuuulous residence!!!

Great Location in Romantica Zone. Walking distance to everything. The condo is a large two bedroom with phenomenal views and everything you need to be comfortable in a home away from home. Juan Carlos was very responsive and a great communicator. We hope to be back soon!

Property is extremely well stocked and everything listed in posting. Great areas close to everything. Only thing i would improve is the tv. It’s very small and tv are really cheap now. Also make sure you book your own airport transportation. It was set up by local team and over three times the taxi and Uber rates. We would stay here again

Relaxing getaway other than challenging climb to unit.

This place is amazing. Condo is beautiful, super comfortable (including beds) and very clean. Everything positive everyone has posted is true. Now before I say this I want to highlight that Guy made us aware of the elevator situation and offered us an out, but we decided to go anyway. Well, the elevators were out of order our entire stay and it was a struggle. So much so my husband didn’t leave the condo for two of the days worried he’d have a heart attack. There is 100 steps up from the ground floor. In such a beautiful well kept building it was surprising, no one was ever working on them to remedy. If you’re fit and handle stairs without issue it’s no question this place is fabulous and hopefully they get this fixed quick for all the owners and residents of the building.

Amazing stay in PV

This was the trip I needed so much! The place had everything we needed and was close to all the places we wanted to visit! So easy to access the beach, restaurants, and nightlife! The house was comfortable and looked even better than the pictures! The view was amazing and the dipping pool was a much needed addition that I didn’t know I needed till I had access to it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It would very hard to stay anywhere else when I felt so perfect in this house!

Beautiful unit with amazing views

Overall, the unit and property are top notch. It's a great set-up for staying-in to enjoy the day lounging on the deck - from BBQ, chaise lounges, sitting area, and dipping pool. The views are amazing - and it's a perfect location to access the beach. But it's a bit farther from most of the nightlife (main bars and clubs in the Zona Romantica) - and the funicular stops around 10pm. The only problem during our stay was that the elevators didn't work for 4 out of the 6 days of our stay, so walking up 5 stories in the high heat and humidity was challenge for us!
