great gym, great pool, horrible elevator waits and confusion, you cant charge the rooftop items to your unit.

Great location and condo. Welcoming, friendly, staff. The gym is very well equipped. Unfortunately, the pool leaked, so the elevator was not available towards the last five days of our trip. The water pressure can be quite weak at times.

Beautiful property

The property was phenomenal and the pool area spectacular. There were a few glitches in booking through VRBO, but once I arrived at the property, Eddie was a great host. We had one issue with a door that wouldn’t lock and he sent out maintenance to deal with the issue. If I ever returned to Puerto Vallarta, I would happily stay here again.
