「It is a magnificent hotel. It is located in a very calm and family-friendly area. There are many small restaurants and bars nearby that you can easily walk to. It is beachfront and additionally has an incredible pool and gym area. The staff is very friendly and helpful… totally recommended.」

We enjoyed both pools but particularly the rooftop area which came with an infinity pool and sensational views. Our main gripe was the service around the pool and during breakfast. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. 「This is the second time I have stayed at Hyde and I loved it both times. It's a lovely hotel in an incredible location. Nearby is the beach, ferry, supermarkets, a pharmacy and some beautiful restaurants. The pool food and drinks are really lovely and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool situation is a bit annoying as there is one pool reserved for Mondrian guests only and one pool with a minimum spend. But the Bungalow pool is great and we were able to get a spot there...
