Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel Mongibello definitiv weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen. Besonders begeistert hat uns unser Zimmer mit Meerblick – der Ausblick auf die Bucht und den großen, schönen Pool war wirklich toll. Der Poolbereich war ein echtes Highlight: ausreichend bequeme Liegen, angenehme Atmosphäre und ein hervorragender Service am Pool, bei dem jederzeit Getränke und Essen bestellt werden konnten. Auch der tägliche Service mit Zimmerreinigung morgens und Turn-Down-Service abends hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut mit großer Auswahl und einer tollen Live-Cooking-Station. Etwas mehr Variation wäre bei längeren Aufenthalten aber wünschenswert. Man merkt an einigen Stellen noch, dass sich manche Prozesse nach der Einstufung als 5-Sterne-Hotel noch etwas einspielen müssen und optimiert werden können. So wäre es zum Beispiel schön gewesen ein Begrüßungsgetränk direkt an der Rezeption oder auf dem Zimmer zu erhalten. Die zwei Dosen Wasser fanden wir hier etwas wenig und 5-Sternen nicht entsprechend. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Service und einer wirklich schönen Hotelanlage.

Bei der Ankunft falsches Zimmer erhalten. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir wechseln. Es gibt keinen Strand. Es ist eine Steinplattform, die zudem sehr schmutzig war. Das Hotel ist schön gemacht, wirkt aber kalt und abweisend. Gratis Parkplätze.

Best Hotel in Siesta!

Our stay was incredible! The staff members were friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast was delicious. Their Rosé sangria is a must! We had an excellent time and would return for another visit. Lastly, Paula was amazing to us—she went above and beyond! Excellent customer service.

Beautiful hotel and pool area, but the beach close by isn’t the best. I’d suggest staying at the hotel and driving to other beaches. Parking is free and reserved for your room which is nice. We had a terrace suite which was beautiful, the room was spacious and the view was amazing.
