The management and staff, particularly Arianna and Osianna,were extremely friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home. They are just outstanding. “Das Hotel ist offiziell als 4-Sterne-Hotel klassifiziert, allerdings habe ich mir insgesamt etwas mehr erwartet. Die Poolanlage ist schön und auch die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, jedoch ist das Badezimmer extrem klein – es bietet wirklich nur Platz für eine Person. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem überraschend klein für ein Haus dieser Kategorie. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal.”

“It was a delightful pair of days. The staff and service is superb, I strongly recommend if you want to have beautiful days in an almost private beach in a park with excellent food. I recommend to dinne early to enjoy the sunset. Only suggestion is to increase the number of wine options from Tuscany in the wine list and to introduce a good vermouth. The drinks are great. Again congratulations to the staff!”

“Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen……
