"We arrived a day late because of flight issues and were not refunded or credited any amount. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room with two queen size beds and plenty of room to spread out. It was on the same level as the common balcony so we could exit out the sliding doors and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coastal view of the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was a huge assortment of American, and European style and a fresh orange juice squeezing machine that you could feed oranges and it would deliver wonderfully fresh OJ. It was a bit of a walk up from downtown, but that kept the noise and chaos of the chistmas crowds at least 3 blocks away from the hotel making car service super easy. We enjoy lounge access with limited refreshments but it worked well for a cold drink after a long day on your feet."
Villa Luisa, splendid panoramic villa overlooking Capri
10/10 Excellent
"Breathtaking Setting and ViewsDuring our stay at Villa Luisa, we were treated to exactly the experience we had hoped for. The outside patio, stretching the entire length of the first floor, allowed us to enjoy beautiful sunset views of Sorrento. As evening fell, the Island of Capri sparkled in the distance, creating a magical backdrop. Mornings on the balcony offered a peaceful scene of lush hills, with the town of Massa Lubrense nestled beside Sorrento and the shimmering waters between the coast and Capri.Comfortable and Well-Appointed AccommodationsThe master bedroom, located just off the spacious kitchen, was both comfortable and tastefully decorated. The en suite bathroom featured a unique large semi-circular design, complete with a luxurious shower, bath, and ample closet space. Upstairs, guests could enjoy another large bedroom, a smaller bedroom, two additional bathrooms, a sitting room, and patios with even more breathtaking views.Warm and Helpful HostsOur hosts, Luisa and her husband Mario, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Their granddaughter Sophia managed our check-in, arranged transportation into town, and gladly offered excellent restaurant recommendations.Memorable Stay and Local HighlightsWe spent four nights at Villa Luisa, which passed all too quickly. The Sorrento area, as well as Capri, Anacapri, and Amalfi, proved to be unforgettable destinations. We are grateful to Luisa and Sophia for ensuring our stay was perfect"
"Above and beyond our expectations. Everything about this place is perfect! Impeccably clean and well appointed. They upgraded our room and we have a beautiful sea view. The staff is so friendly. The included breakfast even has an omelette station. We only planned on staying one night but are enjoying hotel so much we are doing day trips from here and enjoying Sorrento as our home base. "
"I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was beautiful-comfortable,spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn't be better; it's so convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are truly amazing - friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast was incredible, with delicious options that made every morning a treat. What really stood out, though, was the warm and inviting atmosphere- you feel like you're in someone's lovely home rather than a hotel. I can't wait to come back!"
