We moved out after one night! The room they gave us was so incredibly horrible that we couldn’t sleep. There was a window to the corridor which had no covering and a light was shining into the room all night. We booked a room based on the pictures in the ad, but we think we got a staff quarters room, for over $200 a night! To their credit, Expedia sorted it for us and we moved out after one night. Expedia was fantastic!

Safe was broken in room. My suitcase was ransacked while I was out of room and money was stolen. They said they checked the cameras and found nothing and couldn't help me. Both balcony doors did not lock. One should be able to go to hotel and have a secure room with out the fear of being robbed of ones belongings.

I went to Punta Cana for Thanksgiving and although I was a solo traveler everyone was like family to me. I was greeted by Danna with a big smile which is great when you first arrive somewhere and made me feel so comfortable. The staff- Anyi and I wish I I knew everyone's names were amazing. I felt so safe and they would help with anything you needed. Thank you and I hope one day I get to see all of you again!!!!

The only nice thing about this hotel is the beach front (where the bar/sitting area is right in front of the beach), everything else is terrible - even the beach chairs are old… I had a terrible issue with my room (standard room), the pictures on the Expedia website do not match the reality, they are from another hotel. Everything is old in this property, rundown, and dirty. I had no hot water, the windows in my room didn’t lock, the bed sheets were dirty, the towels stank, etc. The breakfast is extremely basic and in one of the days they could only serve one of the options as it was all they had available (from the “a la carte” menu). The location is at the end of a dead-end road which doesn’t allow excursion vans to reach, which sucks. The reception staff are 18-year olds running the show by themselves the whole day. Also the English understanding level at this property is very limited so you need to have some basic Spanish to be able to communicate really. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and would never go back - I don’t even understand how this is called an hotel, this is more a block of rundown apartments with poor management.

Nice little 3 star hotel right in front of the beach. Rooms seem to have gone some face lifting, which was nice. The staff was courteous and friendly. We had some hiccups with the airport transfer arranged by the hotel, but overll good service.
