I’ll start with you get what you pay for. For the price it’s not terrible, the staff were friendly but the food was not great at all. The temperature of the food was warm, the juices were warm, no flavor, very limited with food choices. The fridge in the room was not working at all, the ac was not working.

My family stayed here for one week to celebrate a 50 year anniversary, while the rooms were cleaned and beds were awesome but didn't have enough towels in the room(hand towels, wash cloths,etc). What my family noticed was that the toilets were not spacious, dining area was just a buffet area for breakfast, lunch and dinner, unless you reserved to eat at the Italian and Japanese restaurants. Other restaurants were for platinum members. At the buffet area servers did not come by often to fill drinks or take drinks orders, ice cream shop only had two choices of ice cream. It seemed to me that they only worked if you had tip money for them. It also felt like I was bothering them at work. Though the resort had three big swimming pools they were out dated and swim up bar needs one more bartender to keep up with the orders or have servers deliver drinks to the pool. Snack bar is far from the swim up bar pool. Golf carts need to run more often to transport people to and from lobby and buffet area. Our balcony door didn't lock and our air conditioner was cool but didn't get cold until the last day we were there. I plan on going back to DR but going to stay at a different resort

The hospitality was terrible. We didn’t have enough towels in our room even after calling and asking multiple times every day. The app didn’t work for booking restaurants. We repeatedly called for towels and blanket and no one ever showed up with the items needed. Absolutely stunning facility, what I imagine when I think of a resort. The rooms but roomy and updated, the pools large and clean. And the food was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and a variety of options. Highly recommend

My family stayed at this place for 7 days last week. The property is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly-that's the good parts....my whole family got food poisoning TWICE! The drinks are below average quality, we had to cancel both excursions which one had to get a med form in house that cost us $300 to get. The beaches are flooded with people trying to sell you stuff non stop, the beach was full of seaweed. We ate fries and fruit from room service most the week. Overall it was pool experience and I will tell everyone to NEVER go to this resort ever

The resort is beautiful, but the service was terrible, staff appeared to be disgruntled and annoyed when asked for assistance. It happened so often that I can only assume something is going on behind the scenes with management. The housekeeper would remove the towels from the room and would take an enternity to replace, some of my relatives resorted to using the beach towels to shower. The hotel has several restaurants to dine in, but good luck getting a reservation, everything was booked upon arrival. The entertainment was okay, and their staff is very friendly, however, they've been tasked to secure positive reviews after their show. They'll even write it up for you as they did to several of my family members who only asked for the WiFi in order to write their own reviews. One guy who was always great was Enrique from the pool bar, made good drinks and kept hyping us up with his positive attitude. I enjoyed the buffet food, especially the Dominican food, the deserts were amazing, but be prepared for long lines for grilled meats or fish and good luck getting your drink order before you finish your meal. It definitely has potential, the grounds are a bird watchers dream, and so many other fauna. I can only guess the issues have more to do with poor management, that unfortunately the paying customer has to suffer the consequences.

I loved my stay at this resort! The staff were super helpful and supportive and the room was sooo clean. Definitely coming again soon. The only con is that you need to book reservations for all the GOOD restaurants on the resort. The buffet was great for breakfast but not so good for dinner. Apart from that, I had an amazing experience!

This hotel has a beautiful white sand beach. Unfortunately, we came there during seaweed season and despite a huge effort from staff to clean it up, we could not enjoy the sea. We compensated it with enjoying the swimming pools. There’s a nice area with slides for kids. Our room was nice and big. However, our first impression was really bad. We arrived around 4pm. The sheets of 2 of the 4 beds were not changed & no pillowcases on any pillows. One pillow smelled SO stinky. The floor was absolutely disgusting. The staff cleaned and changed everything that needed to be done. We traveled with 8 years old twins & they were looking forward to it. But the kids club on this resort is a big joke. The only entertainment there was TV. However, entertainment for adults was great. Our kids could participate in some of it. It was hard to find someone who spoke basic English, which is understandable because the majority of their customers were locals.If you leave your towel on a pool chair and go for lunch, you will see couple people sitting on it when you come back. We booked restaurants for 4 dinners but gave up after second visit. The buffet service was so slow & the quality of food was inconsistent. Huge lines for pasta and meat. Constant problems with plates. In the dining area, you would be lucky to get fully served table. If not, it will be hard to get a cap or glass.There’s only couple good trained staff. And one of them and the best is Paulino. I will not come back on that resort.

Son unos listos me dieron otra habitación de solo una cama yo reservé doble cama reclame para q me la cambiaran a la q había reservado y no quisieron yo reservé a tropical Deluxe y nos ubicaron en caribe deluxe cuando les mostré mi evidencia de la reservación realizada la respuesta de ellos fue que por la plataforma que había realizado mi reservación le asignan la misma habitación y que a todo el mundo y se negaron en darme el cuarto q había reservado
