Second time staying here the first time was amazing. Had such a nice staff in 2022 but coming back it’s like pulling teeth out to even get water in the main buffet. Be prepared to get absolutely no waiting staff on you. I ask and ask and they all have attitude now. We came intending to become apart of the princess chain but after Cancun disappointing and now punta cana disappointing upon our return we’ll probabaly never come back. I guess going to another princess chain is out the question Dreams is the place to go. The front lobby she was rude at first and then turned nice when the rest of my party spoke Spanish. We come with money and tips and would love to give away but the people they have asides from one guy at night have declined tremendously. Okay now the rooms very beautiful but asked for towels. Had reservation for four people and only had two towels in the room two big towels that was it no floor towels no hand towels no nothing. That was an issue. The first time we came in 2022 We did wait about an hour and a half to get towels and the second time 2024 we waited over two hours to get more towels and that was very disappointing. There is a pretty decent food selection but it’s just beverages that makes things difficult. Shows are funny and pretty good and bars give good drinks. Bartenders are the only friendly people asides from one guy at night in the main buffet. So strange they use to offer welcome drinks and no longer do that either. Very disappointing

Check-in n out way too long!! The room was clean and comfortable for my family, the refrigerator wasn’t working properly but AC was ok! The food just ok n very hard to get reservations in a la carte restaurants!. Entertainment was good🤗. Kids love all the iguanas and peacocks around the hotel. The beach had too much seaweed but was a lil bit better on the weekend.

Property was beautiful as described. This is a great place for families of all ages to visit enjoy. The negative aspect would be the dining. The food was simply sub par . However, the availability for dining throughout the day was nice. The only other problem would be the availability of basic things from house keeping.

El hotel es hermoso, los bares, restaurantes, si te gustan las fotos hay un muchas locaciones en las que puedes hacer fotos hermosas, la habitación familiar es estupenda es espacios y bonita. A La comida le doy 3 Estellas, es buena pero no hay mucha variedad, solo hay un restaurante bufet, todos los demás son a la carta y se necesita reservación, pero no había disponibilidad así que me tocó cenar siempre en el restaurante bufet. Seguridad lamentablemente en algún momento de la limpieza de la habitación alguien sustrajo 40 dólares de mi cartera, es muy desagradable que estes de vacaciones en un lugar que se supone debe ser seguro y te pase esto, hice la reclamación en la recepción no con la esperanza de que me devuelvan mi dinero sino para que puedan tomar medidas para prevenir este tipo de situaciones incómodas.
