For a luxury experience, this villa is best suited for up to 8 adults sleeping in 4 bedrooms; however, it can sleep up to 10 guests when accompanied by children.
Guests with children may wish to note that the bedrooms are accessed via an internal courtyard.
Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply.
Peak Festive dates are strictly non-refundable.
Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
Gratuity is not included. Tipping house staff and concierge/ambassador teams is customary in Mexico, but all tips should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided.
A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (MX0486).
