Our residence is not suitable for noisy wedding parties, college spring breakers, or families looking for a pool as a play area. Teenage (13 and older allowed per HOA) activities should take place away from the common areas of our private residence. Our owners expect the pool area and hallways to be maintained as a quiet `tranquil` environment.
