Heritage landing review

The check-in process was very confusing. The gate information, car transponder information, door codes, general information, was scattered around on three or four different emails and pieces of information. A simple email listing all the pertinent information should be sent out to every renter. Very limited silverware, dishes, and other common kitchen utensils. No wineglasses. The owner cleaned the suite prior to our arrival and it should have been cleaned by a professional cleaning team.

Beautiful Community

The community is beautiful and the unit was very nice and clean. Overall our stay was very nice. A couple of downsides. Getting tee times was very difficult especially in March. The other downside, even though we payed money to transfer the membership to our name the rental members had to pay more for a round of golf then the owner members. Which I thought was very unfair. Seemed to us it’s a money grab off of the people who rent.
