There are no pets allowed. If it is discovered that an undisclosed pet is brought, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.

We are located in Harbour Heights, a quiet and safe neighborhood alongside the Peace River. Our property is conveniently located near i75, only 1.2 miles away.

Getting Around:
Harbour Heights is conveniently located near I-75, only 1.2 miles away. There is free, on-site parking at the property for two cars on the left side of the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
Additional fees:

-If we are able to accommodate an early check in, you must request 24 hours in advance. Early check in before 2:30 pm is a $50 fee.
-If we are able to accommodate a late check out, please request at least 24 hours in advance. The late check out fee is $50. Otherwise, our check out time is strict to ensure our cleaners proper length of time to turnover the unit.
-If there are any damages found during the stay, you will be billed for the cost to replace the items.
-We strictly prohibit smoking of any kind. If smoking is found in the house, it is a $250 fee.
-Failure to follow directions for the trash and put them on the curb on the designated trash days will result in a $150 fee.
