Dream vacation

We enjoyed everything about the house. Loved the decor and the layout of the home. Best of all we loved spending time on the lanai relaxing, playing games, swimming and enjoying the hot tub. Manager was quick to respond to teach us how to control the heat and jets for the hot tub.

Everything We Needed

The property is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The house was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Had an issue with the garage door opener the issue was taken care of in a very timely manner and the gentleman who came over was very friendly.

3-bedroom house was very comfortable with good amenities including the pool and pool deck. Several improvements could improve customer satisfaction: (1.) several ceiling lights in kitchen did not work and need replacement - no bulbs available for replacement (2.) all large patio windows facing pool deck required significant cleaning by us after arrival (3.) no bbq grill was available when we arrived after contacting Global Vacation Rental reps one of the property managers supplied us with a new 3 burner grill and full propane tank and grilling tools (thank you since when we had members of our family visit us this made the visit very enjoyable). (4) Initially, it was a challenge to learn about controlling the pool and spa operation since no one from Global Vacation Rental could explain the operation of the controller on the wall. Also, I learned that the property owner was the only one setting and controlling the timer for the pool operation. It would be appreciated by the customer if the details of this could be explained prior to deciding whether or not to consider renting this property. The property owner and property management are demanding a large sum of money to rent this property. As a customer paying this type of money there should be procedures explained with documentation. I have removed the address of the property and that is the only change made. I am NOT giving consent to post this review.

Holiday vacation

We found the home to be the perfect size and the pool and hot tub were the best features. I must say I was disappointed with how dirty we found the place, it was not vacuumed or floors cleaned, however Global was very quick to respond and contact the local cleaning company to address the issues. I found Global vacation homes had wonderful customer service and I would definitely rent with them again.

This house was great and the size of rooms. Nice and open. I only wish I knew the propane bbq was not available. But we managed. Just adjusted our menu for the week. Would definitely rent this house again :-)

Broken faucet

The house was beautiful. Nice location. Only problems were that the faucet in the master bathroom didn't work the whole stay which made stuff like brushing teeth and washing your face a pain. The pool also had algae in it so couldn't swim for 12 hours.

Very cute, comfortable, large home

Such a cute “old Florida-style” home! Pool is beautiful and large. Living room area in house very large. Furniture could use an upgrade, but not horrible. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed fishing off the back dock. Kitchen utensils, etc., could be updated. Back patio very comfortable and large. Great customer service when we needed help with the pool. A very enjoyable vacation. A great home for families.
