The Space
The spacious master suite offers the perfect space to unwind and relax. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, two walk-in closets, and a bonus shoe closet. The second & third bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds, making this a perfect home for friends and family. There are two full bathrooms that both have a bathtub & shower.

The well-appointed kitchen and dining area overlook the oversized living room with plenty of counter space and seating offering both convenience and style. Meal preparation and entertaining are a breeze in this area.

The large screened in lanai offers both space to relax in the shade and area to sunbathe. The oversized pool features a game style pool with the deepest area in the middle and the shallow areas on each end, perfect for a fun filled volleyball competition (net and balls on premises). After swim or game time sit at the table in the pool and enjoy a refreshment.

Located on a cul-de-sac in the well desired community of Deep Creek, this home offers the best in peace and relaxation while being in close proximity to beaches, boat ramps, shopping, restaurants, parks, and all that beautiful Punta Gorda has to offer.

There are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows provided. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker. Each bedroom and the living room have smart TVs.

House Rules: No smoking. No burning of candles. This is a deed restricted community with an HOA which prohibits parking on the grass & the parking of boats & RVs in the driveway. There are no parties permitted in the home and quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Any fines occurred during the stay will be passed on to the guest. There will be no access to the garage. There is no gate around the pool and the doors that access the pool are not alarmed. Security cameras on property.

There is a 2 week minimum required for rental. Additional days can be added as availability allows. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per week + taxes to be paid directly to the owner.

This home has weekly pool maintenance and lawn services so please be advised that someone will enter the property at these times for these purposes.

Owner will allow small dogs with prior approval & will require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the owner. Renter is responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

There is a gas grill on premises. Renter is responsible for cleaning grill after use. There will be a $25 fee for leaving the grill dirty.
