“Clean room and very nice staff. Very nice spot and very nice people running the place. Felt safe and the room was very clean.”

“The breakfast was subpar. The cereal tasted as if it was stale and left out for weeks. The bathroom was disgusting, holes in the wall with a shower curtain that couldn't close due to the curtain rod having been somewhat ripped from the wall itself. Also there were spiders in the bedroom and the room had a musty smell when entering. The beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The pillows themselves were very small and looked more like throw pillows you put on a couch rather than……

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“Only stayed one night for a work trip, and a couple more people who worked with me rented rooms there. The front desk employee was friendly and professional, room was specious and clean. Just what we needed for our quick stay. A lot of businesses near by and access to the highway in a convenient location.”

“We had a really pleasant stay, just what we needed after a busy day. The entire hotel is nicely well kept, modern, clean, with comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff. We were very impressed by the included continental breakfast because they offer a variety of breakfast choices to accommodate everyone’s preferences. We will definitely comeback for a longer stay.”

“This place was filthy and smelled. Killed 2 roaches in our room and they were all over the place on the outside walkways the next morning. This place should be inspected and shut down!”

“Pool was closed and full of garbage. The room was large but not to clean, Hair in the sink and shower. Trash cans all around the property were overflowing and there was no breakfast as the shut it down some time ago. I do not recommend this to anyone but the transient's that seem to live there!!”

“We come here 2 to 3 times a year . Theres alot that has changed and not for the good. The restaurant we went to half cracked was full with not enough servers we had to wait over a hour and the restaurant didn't have half of what we ordered. Then we booked a cabana our server was horrible and we didn't get all the amenities the cabana came with. Not happy with this visit. We had issues with the AC in the room and the safe and phones were not working. We will see if we return.”
