“ Everything was excellent ”

“Pretty and clean property. The hotel is on a quiet stretch of beach, about a 15-20 minute walk into town. The rooms are large and clean, but not very soundproof. Bring a sound machine! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the pools were clean, and the sunsets stunning! ”

“Lovely small hotel. Everyone was helpful, friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Yoga in the morning, followed by the best breakfast, then some lounging in the private beach. Location convenient for exploring town without needing a taxi. Highly recommend!”

“Hotel Manager Isra will help with anything and solve everything ( lost phone on taxi , beach club suggestion, etc :) . Great central and relatively quiet location. Being a block off the beach was advantageous since we were walled off from the flying sand. Some of the best restaurants and shops on the island are less than a five minute walk. Great pool for days not on the beach. Even some wildlife scampering around ( raccoons ) Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Holbox . ”

“Breakfast was included which was a plus and was actually delicious. The hotel was nice and felt very boho vibes which was nice and the reason to stay at a place like this. Customer service was not so great beginning from the front desk to the restaurant and beach club staff. All workers did the bare minimum and not so friendly even after giving them a good tip. Any time I asked for anything additional like napkins, utensils, a refill, etc they acted bothered because I was asking them to do……

“The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape.”

“Villas Tiburon ist definitiv kein Luxushotel – und das sollte man auch nicht erwarten. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat drei Sterne und dafür passt der Preis absolut. Wenn man mit dieser Erwartung anreist, wird man positiv überrascht. Die Lage ist schlichtweg perfekt. Man ist etwas weiter von der Stadt entfernt, liegt aber direkt an dem mit Abstand schönsten Strandabschnitt in der gesamten Hotelzone von Holbox. Und das meine ich wirklich so: Ich habe mir alle Strandabschnitte……
