Nous avons bien aimé la grandeur de la chambre, propreté et le personnel du complexe. L’aménagement était parfait, belle grandeur du site avec ses 2 piscines, plage en face de l’hôtel avec palapas, chaises, serviettes inclus. Déjeuner inclus mais c’était limité bien correct pour 5 matins.

The staff was very good to deal with. Pride in the property was evident, from workers tending to the property, the senior level employee or boss asisting with beach clean up in the morning. The location is centrally located between town and mosquito beach. The afternoon cocktails were excellent. The pina coladas might be the best we have had. The appetizers were delicious and would recommend (tuna, ceviche, fish croquets). If I were to offer one suggestion it would be for the use of the falcon birds used in Cancun to deal with the sea gulls. The sea gulls were persistent every morning.

Room was very average. Did not receive a standard room with the pool or in the courtyard. Was facing the back of the property .. which could be nice for those seeking privacy. Toilet kept blocking. The house keeping was mediocre. As was the breakfast daily. The gym next door at adjacent property was poor. Security wouldn’t allow us the bring snacks or drinks purchased off the hotel property to the beach front.

Habitación limpia y ordenada. La puerta de acceso a la habitación estaba en pasillo oscuro y por lo tanto había muchos moscos que se “colaban” a la habitación tan pronto abríamos la puerta para entrar o salir. Por lo demás todo bien.

This was our second visit to My Blue. Great and friendly staff. TV was broken but they replaced it in 5 minutes. Breakfast could have more variety day to day but still good options for an included service. We will definitely be back again.

This hotel is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We paid extra for an ocean view, but unfortunately large trees blocked most of the view. The restaurant was fine, and the complimentary breakfast was good but fairly basic (eggs, chilaquiles, fruit, vegetables, bread, pastries, and ham and cheese for paninis). The beach was absolutely amazing and just steps from the hotel, and the pools were nice and never crowded—though a bit cold. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown, where you’ll find great food and lively bars.

The staff were all amazing! Julieta went above and beyond, even before our arrival, to help us book transportation to the island, golf carts, and dinner reservations for Christmas. And although she was off site, continued to check in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The staff at the front desk were exceptional also. And the staff at the restaurant all worked very (very) hard to make sure that the breakfast buffet was always fresh and continuously replenished. They were a great team with a great leader who worked equally as hard! The rooms were very clean and each day they gave us a couple bottles of water. Everyday they raked the beach, swept by the pool, and mopped the sidewalk tiles. Prior to our arrival I read some really alarming reviews that made me doubt our choice of hotels. Unsure if some of these are meant for their other resort, The Blue, which is close-by? So although I often think that nothing is perfect, our stay at My Blue came really close!
