「Enjoyed our stay」

「Everything was perfect except the air conditioner was loud. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.」

「Overall the trip was fun but room was gross. Blankets were extremely old and smelly. Shower curtain needed to be changed. There was a bad storm before we came which resulted in dead birds scattered In front of our room. They were there for the entirety of our stay. One was still alive we took care of it. Front desk was aware.」

「The stay was good and located close to everything in Put In Bay, which made easy walking to see sights. The room had several beds to sleep on. We chose the bed on the right of the room to sleep in, only to find the mattress sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming of mattress, mattress is wore out on the left side and the right side, kept sliding to the middle of the bed. We didn't try the other beds due to not wanting to mess up a bunch of beds for them to make. Staff was friendly and...

「Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk while we enjoyed more of the island before we caught our afternoon ferry. Location was nicely situated to enjoy the town on foot.」

「The room was perfect for what we needed. It was a small room but had a super comfy King bed. Bathroom not huge but best shower pressure ever! Super close to everything. You could easily walk to everything on the strip but I recommend a golf cart because it's awesome! Also, they have an awesome pool that isn't super crowded with a bar right next to it. 5 stars isn't enough for the time we had on the island!」

「It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.」

「Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....

「The carpets in hall were not vacuumed the entire time we stayed. There was trash both nights in the hall. Never moved or picked up. The carpet in bedroom was dirty, my 10 year old took a shower and walked barefoot in the room and his feet were black from dirty carpet before he went to bed. Had to have him wash his feet and wear crocs while in the room.」

「No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.」
