"The coffee machine was not working"

"Nice staff! Good location for casual walking, very clean hotel, reception staff is nice, house keeper Mr. Sonag is great! Nice guy! Very enjoy stay. Just little noise from outside motorcycle and cars."

"I booked two rooms online, and during check in it stated that the tax was MYR 10 . However, upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk told me it was actually MYR 30 . It felt misleading and somewhat deceptive."

"The breakfast was not as impressive as in the comments on Expedia, but it was OK. Room was really spacious and the facilities are great. I love that there is drinking water in every floor. However, the Sound insulation was bad, every night I can hear motorcycle roaring even if I payed extra for a higher floor. Love the Roof Top Bar and the swimming pool. The view is fantastic. Price is affordable, but the water is swimming pool is not crystal clear and it felt salty. All the staff that I met are incredibly helpful and wellcoming"
