We had a fabulous few days at Hendy.

We had a fabulous few days at Hendy. The location is close enough to the village for convenience but far enough away that you can appreciate the peace and quiet. The cottage was so welcoming, everything we needed was there and the owner Ruth is lovely and very friendly. It was a pleasure to be on the farm and the dark sky night area was a bonus. Beaches are not far and we had a few day trips to Harlech and Caernarfon castles. Only downside was having to travel a bit further for the nearest supermarkets although there is a Spar on the village for essentials. We would love to return and highly recommend. Missing it already!!

Everything about Hendy is delightful inside and out, the 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, it

Everything about Hendy is delightful inside and out, the 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, it’s warm and cosy with an exceptional well kitted out toy room which our variously aged grandchildren loved - plus there are some outdoor toys too. We all loved the horses & the 2 pet pigs/sheep - so well cared for by Ruth. The outside area is safe for even young children to enjoy and the general location is perfect with the nearest beach a very pleasant 20 minute walk away and Aberdaron 8 minutes by car - in summary, Hendy is pretty perfect !
