「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...

「Bonne localisation, lit confortable mais sans plus. Nous avions 2 dernières nuits avant le retour à la maison. Chambre avec peu de rangement et aménagement peu convenable si vous êtes avec des enfants. Air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien et si vous utilisez le telephone de la douche cela crée une grand dégât en dehors.」

「We choose this location for its connivence to the Metro/train/subway. It is on the 10th floor and the balcony was very nice. When it was hot on the ground you got the winds cooler breeze sitting out there. Rome is loud. It’s a very busy city. So don’t be looking for quiet until later at night. Lots of cafes, restaurants & small grocery stores steps away from your door. There is an elevator but it is small. Can carry 2 people at a time with luggage no problem. If your a walker you can get to...

「The guest room is in a decent location. My issue is that when I booked the guest room, the listing showed a double bed with a headboard. What I got was actually a sofa bed. The number on Expedia gave me another number to contact, to which I had to provide my passport, and talk about paying the traveller's tax. I found this experience stressful and very uncomfortable. I did not enjoy the place, and I checked out immediately. I was not impressed. Instead of meeting in person, they will communicate...
