「The rooms are newly remodeled and very comfortable. Plenty of food markets, restaurants and cafes within a few feet of the building. Also excellent public transportation within the distance of 1 block the center of Rome (Plaza Venezia) or any other part you want to go. Trastevere train station to other cities in Italy just 10 min walk. Breakfast was good(cappuccino, croissant, juice, cheese sandwich and yogurt) but the same everyday. Since they bring it to your room you have no choice.」

Luana & Danielle were very attentive and always available to answer questions and give great advice. 「Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element.」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. Only by calling the number provided by Expedia did we reach someone who remotely opened the door and gave us instructions to our room. These instructions had not been communicated to us in advance.」
