“Best budget hotel in Saudi Arabia so far. Room was large enough and clean, seperate shower area and shuttle service was a life saver. Special thanks to the lady on the front desk who was always very helpful and the shuttle driver who always picks up his phone. ”

“The great host and quality of the accommodation turned around what would have been a 1 star review. When booking, it was incorrectly shown as a 10 minute walk to the haram, it turned out to be a 10 minute drive instead. However, the host explained the error in the listing and that it had since been corrected. They also arranged for us to be dropped at the haram once a day free of charge. The accommodation was very new and well appointed. Beds were clean and comfortable as were the……

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it is very family-oriented and welcoming. The staff speak Arabic and Urdu, which made communication smooth and comforting for us. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle bus service to the mosque, which made our stay even more stress-free. Overall, it felt like a home away from home and I would highly recommend it for families.”

“The place was nice overall, but the iron and washing machine feel very outdated—like 1980s technology (we had the same ones when I was a kid!). There are modern top-loading washing machines available now that are much better, more user-friendly for guests, and actually cheaper than the current one. A steam iron would also be a great upgrade. Need taxi to get,nothing close.”
