"We stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite arriving very early in the middle of the night, the staff on duty—Mr. Mojammel and Sohel, along with the night manager—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the very moment we arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made our experience even more memorable, especially the restaurant manager, Aladin, and the floor attendant on Level 8, Sahudul, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality were outstanding. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this hotel. Choosing this place for our stay in Madinah was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always remember the exceptional service and sincere hospitality we received. "Room was huge and hotel gave us complementary Bed as well. Temperature of the room was excellent. Staff is major stars of the hotel. At break fast CH Berkat gave us excellent service and brought good And tea to our table. Not to mention that Breakfast was amazing. Only down side is that room is bit dated and need renovations. Overall amazing experience. "

"I loved the clean room and house keeping staff but I was kicked out of the lounge area as I need to handle a business meeting and was told to go back to my room rudely by security."

"Great hotel . Clean. Luxury and next door to Green Dome. However a bit far from the ladies entrance gate 13 especially as the outside areas are occupied and one has to go all around. However just learnt that there is a shuttle bus to and from the Haram from level B1"
