「Breakfast was great, rooms were nice, the only downfall was the pool was closed and we were notified ahead of checking in which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They are doing maintenance to remove the hot tub」

「Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...
