We had the small split room, with the bathroom upstairs. The room was very small but very well maintained. Bathroom was very nice! The coffee bar in the lobby was also a very nice touch. My only complaint was the lack of soundproofing. Every time one of the other guests went in/out of their room(s) the door slammed very loudly which was disruptive later into the night. It was also tricky getting luggage into the hotel, if you have mobility issues this may be a concern navigating the stairs into the main lobby & up to your room. Overall the hotel had wonderful character, newly renovated with modern amenities. Would recommend staying here!

Great location that’s about it. Two days without coffee for coffee maker. Could not get get a reply from staff . The sheets and the bed fittings were very good quality. Cleanliness. Just disappointed in communications.

Great place to stay ! The view is amazing ! Staff was super friendly . Loved the coffee machine in the lobby . Could make a coffee at anytime . The renovation are amazing , looks so good ! We were at the top level. Lots of stairs so beware when carrying up the suitcase! Loved our stay, the check in and check out was super easy. The location is perfect, literally a 5 minutes walk to Le Château Frontenac. Would easily rate this place a 9-9.5 / 10 ! Would have given a 10 / 10 but the only thing is that the couch in our room was dirty, full of stains so we didn’t really want to sit on it . But overall, an amazing stay ! Would totally rebook here !

Lovely hotel. Would happily stay there again. Very good location. Very walkable. There is a quiet elegance about the hotel and our room was lovely. Quiet. Minimal staff presence. There was someone at reception only from noon to 7:00 pm., but this in no way presented a problem. Everything was looked after and help available if needed.

Renovated 200 year old house on a quiet street in the Old City but near all attractions. Beautifully renovated with a contemporary style and conveniences. But no elevator and steep stairs—3rd floor for the younger set. But reception clerk help with the baggage. Bathroom had fancy shower and large soaker tub. Free parking a short walk away.

The location was perfect and the décor of the room was very modern and stylish however, there was a stain on our bedsheets upon arrival and we found a hairtie on the floor suggesting it maybe had not been cleaned thoroughly. Also, the light switches seemed to be in odd locations — you could not turn the lights off upstairs from downstairs which meant coming down the stairwell in darkness. The staff were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly!

Stylish Hotel

The room is stylish, and the hotel is within walking distance to Dufferin Terrace, the Citadelle of Québec, and other major attractions. One small issue we noticed was a shoe print on the couch, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.
