Vous trouverez ce logement facile d’accès et surtout proche de tout à Québec, situé en plein cœur du centre ville il saura vous satisfaire par son coté intime et tranquille. Le loft est entièrement équipé (cuisine fonctionnelle avec un îlot pour 4 personnes), salon avec divan-lit double où vous pourrez vous détendre après de longue journée a visiter Québec et ses principaux attraits, chambre aire ouverte avec un lit mural, salle de douche et espace de travail pour les gens d'affaire.

Cute and affordable, didnt love the neighborhood

This apartment was cute and within walking distance of Old Quebec city. The bed was uncomfortable and we were right on a main city road with large windows facing the road. Being from a rural area, it was tough sleeping with the street lights and noise. But for the price, ot was worth it.

Dave & Clara's very cool digs!

Although we were initially a little apprehensive about the proximity to traffic on a somewhat busy street, that was not a problem at all. We slept very well and were not bothered by street noises. We loved the location! The attractive, functional interiors made the place feel like home. The little outdoor patio (out back) was great for a late night glass of wine before bed. David's personal touch and great communication made this extra special! We'd come back here, for sure! We plan to ... .

Perfect for QC visit

This unit was perfect for our two day visit to Quebec City. It is well located, within walking distance of the Old City. The space itself surprised us as we expected a 'loft' to be upstairs and not a streetfront open living space. However, it met our needs well and we all slept comfortably despite being next to a busy city road. The unit is spacious, modern and clean and was fine for two couples to stay in.

Very cozy!

We had everything we needed, it was cute. A real bed would be a plus, but it was confirtable and clean. They even had a bowl for our dog! We bring her everywhere and had a business meeting in Québec. It was very practical to be able to bring her with us! Thanks :-)

Perfect location

Beautiful location with great easy access to many attractions. It can get noisy because of the busy street, but was not a problem for our group. Dave is a great host and I highly recommend!

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. L'emplacement était très bien! Plusieurs trucs se faisaient a pied et d'autre a 10 min d'auto. Super bon café dans la bâtisse a coté . Nous n'avons eu aucune problème avec le stationnement. Beau décor! Cuisine de base qui nous a été très utile! L'hôte a prévu bouchons, masque et désinfectant. Ça reste en ville alors c'est quand même un peu bruyant. Confort des lits acceptable sans plus . Je ne conseille pas si vous avez des allergies a la poussière! Les conduits d'aération sont plutôt vieux et du pour un bon nettoyage!

Excellent séjour à Québec

Notre petite famille de 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement bien situé dans le quartier Saint-Roch. Malgré la rue passante, nous avons bien dormi toute la nuit. L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé.
