Welcome to the Summit of Lower Town, a condo located in the new St-Roch neighborhood of Quebec City, on the top floor of a brand new building! Just steps away from Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, the Summit offers a fully equipped condo with air conditioning and a private indoor parking spot. You will also have access to a rooftop terrace with a BBQ, a fitness room, and a private balcony with stunning views of Quebec City and the Laurentians!

Located on the 6th and top floor of a recently built building in the Noovo St-Roch neighborhood, the Summit of Lower Town is the perfect condo to rent for unforgettable moments in Quebec City. You will be seduced by its impressive window that offers breathtaking views;

- Fully equipped eco-energetic condo;

- Private indoor parking with secure access;

Impeccably clean, you will appreciate the stunning sunsets from the private balcony!

You will have access to:

- The fully equipped rooftop terrace with BBQ on the building; please note that access is closed during the winter months. The terrace is only accessible when the building allows it due to snow.

- A fitness room;

We will provide you with access to the condo autonomously. Contact will be made through messaging system. We are fully available to answer your questions.

Located in a lively neighborhood, you will find excellent restaurants, cafes, microbreweries, a concert hall, and many shops within short walking distance. Just steps away from Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, you are in the ideal place to dive into the history of Quebec City!

You can easily get around on foot, by public transportation, or by car throughout the city of Quebec.

You will find plenty of tourist information in the condo!

Everything We Wanted

The unit was very clean and had plenty of room, including a balcony that overlooked the neighborhood. Dominic was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. If we ever return to Quebec City, we would be happy to stay at the same place.
