Great stay with family
Charming apartment with lots of room-quaint, clean , and comfortable ! A wonderful location and we were able to walk everywhere during our stay in lovely Quebec City. Had some questions about temperature in the apt. and parking spot and Nina responded immediately to my calls with a quick solution. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location
This property was great for our family weekend. It had lots of room for the 3 year old. The bathrooms are great (although it would be nice if one was ensuite) and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is week equipped although a dishwasher and a range hood fan would be great additions. The location is perfect - walkable into Old Quebec and right on the Plains of Abraham. We would definitely consider renting again.

Great Location!!
This place was beautiful. Classic old home feel with high ceilings and comfy beds. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to old Town Quebec. Must try the BBQ restaurant around the corner. It was delicious.

Great place to stay in Quebec!
Our stay at the Les Maisons Montcalm couldn't have been better! Our host, Nina, was very responsive and helpful during our stay, quickly answering any questions we had. The house was very conveniently located in Quebec, and the old city was just 15 minutes away by walking. We would definitely like to stay here again on future visits to Quebec. Merci beaucoup! :)

Suite Laurier
This suite is in an excellent location, right across from the Plains of Abraham, a 10-minute walk to the gates of Vieux Québec, and 15-minute walk to grocery, pharmacy and liquor stores on rue Cartier. The suite is spacious and was very clean. We had some difficulties with the central heat and noisy upstairs neighbours and were grateful for the host’s very quick responses and help with these issues. We very much enjoyed our visit to Quebec City and will return. Merci!

Quebec City Getaway
We stayed in the first floor apartment in this beautiful home. The location is perfect! It is next to the Plains of Abraham and within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was charming, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Check in was smooth and Nina was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had. She was so helpful and informative and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Great location for Winter Carnaval
We enjoyed our stay here, immediately before and during the first few days of the Carnaval. The location is ideal, just one long block away from 2 of the main Carnaval sites, with the ice castle just a bit further down the road. The location is adjacent to the wonderful Plains of Abraham park, where we enjoyed cross country skiing on groomed trails and ice skating on the outdoor rink. All of Old Quebec was within easy walking distance. The apartment is comfortable, though the photos make the space look bigger than it is. We found it to be ideal for two couples, with the smaller third bedroom useful for storing some of our luggage. The kitchen was adequate, lots of some items and missing a few things that might have been helpful, but certainly enough to prepare basic meals. For a few nights there was a family with children on the second floor, and their scurrying footfalls were a bit annoying. But these small issues didn't keep us from having a wonderful time. The host was quick to respond with helpful information on the few occasions when we had questions. We would gladly stay here again.

Great place and location!
This property has an amazing location- right next to the Plains of Abraham park. We were able to walk to the Old City and also to the Art Museum, which happens to be adjacent to the outdoor free ice rink. House was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms were great- one with bath / one with shower for five people. Kitchen was fairly well equipped had most items to make a meal. Would stay here again!

Fantastic suite with walking to sights, restaurants and Old Quebec
My friends and I loved our stay! The suite was beautiful and appeared as in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and it’s great that it comes with linens and basic toiletries and kitchen items. Nina was very responsive before and during our trip. If I had a question, she responded within 2 hours or less. From the house, We walked to the Plains of Abraham, Parliament, Chateau de Frontenac, Old Quebec City and to the Christmas markets. There is so much to do and see and eat and it was great to do it all on foot. The suite had everything we needed and is within walking distance to several grocery stores also. I would definitely stay here again!

This lovely turn of the century home has been renovated with modern conveniences and style yet still retains its charm. Located close to great restaurants and clubs as well as walking distance to the old city makes it a great location. Host is responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a portion of one of the grand old houses just off of Grande Allee. We parked our car and walked to everything. Very comfortable apartment. One small complaint is that there is no way to control the heating and none of the windows open. We simply prefer fresh air when sleeping.

Wonderful location!
Loved the location with easy access to the old city, the parks, and tons of restaurants. Walking the area was a pleasure and so beautiful. The house was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. Check in and out was super easy and our host was very responsive and helpful. It is an old house with multiple apartments so it can get a bit noisy.

3 bdrms 2 baths perfect for exploring. Wonderful location walking to nearby park and the plains as well as walking distance to the charms of the old city or to a delightful neighborhood of shops, restaurants, groceries, etc.a short walk to to the west. The house was clean, well equiped and very nice. Owner was very considerate and was available. Not fancy fancy but solid and perfect for our 3 night stay. Couldn't better meet our hopes. A diamond at a reasonable price.

A Perfect Getaway
The size and location of the house was perfect for two couples. As mentioned in the description it is an old home but it was clean and nicely decorated! The kitchen and dinning room were at opposite ends of the house. Which was oss but it worked for us. The kitchen was well stocked, we prepared a few meals during our stay. We could walk to the Plains of Abraham and into the old city within minutes. Nina was an excellent hostess and answered all questions promptly! The property manager was on site each day, he too was very friendly and answered questions we had. Thank you Nina.

Property was located in a very nice neighborhood; close to restaurants and walkable to shops. It is very close to the Plains of Abraham park. There were 3 bedrooms, one for each of us. Nina's apartment was perfect for three friends making their first trip to Québec City. The apartment was exceptionally clean and looked exactly as pictured. The location was very convenient: a half block from the Plains of Abraham and a half block from a street taking us right into the old city. The availability of onsite parking was very helpful. We would happily stay there again.

Perfect vacation home
The four of us spent 4 nights and days in Nina's VRBO. Her property provided a central base for our daily excursions without having to use our car. It had everything anyone would want: 1). perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, museums, shops, parks, etc; 2). 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each and a sofa bed with linens in the living room; 3). 2 upgraded bathrooms; 4). Kitchen with a microwave, stove, coffee maker with coffee/tea, toaster and a large refrigerator, plus pots/pans/dishes, etc; 5) a parking space in back; 6) an air conditioning unit in the hallway that cooled the entire floor; 7). Nina was always available and responsive the two times we contacted her. The TV was a little challenging to use at times due to the streaming service and sometimes we were unable to access the broadcast channels but it was not a big issue as we usually got home late from our daily walks/adventures. All in all we'd give a 10 out of 10 for this VRBO. Thank you Nina.

We stayed in the property for four nights with my elderly parents and teenaged daughter. Great apartment in lovely neighborhood
Nina was a terrific host and very fast at communicating with us. The location couldn’t have been better. Right across from a park and in a cute neighborhood. It was easy to walk or just a short ride to the old city and surrounding neighborhoods. The apartment looks just as it does in the pictures. Would definitely recommend staying at Nina’s if you are visiting Quebec City.

The location and accommodation for enjoying QC cannot be topped. I love walking the Plains and admiring the garden while having my coffee. It is the perfect place to start and end your day. Great vacation
My wife and I visited Quebec City with my parents (age 80), my adult daughter and her boyfriend. The unit was a good size with two bathrooms. We ate breakfast on-site and toured the old city for the rest of the days. Truly enjoyable.

Enjoyable Stay, Convenient Location
Nina was very responsive to our needs. The location is great..... restaurants within a few blocks offered outdoor dining and eclectic menus. We opted for the Red Hop on/Hop off sightseeing tour which had a stop at the corner. The house is very old and is updated...much character and one could feel the history of the area.

Walking Quebec City
Nina our host was so accommodating , gracious and kept us well informed prior to our visit and then throughout our visit. The property is amazing. We had the three bedroom, two bathroom ground apartment. It had a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely recommend this property to our family and friends. It’s right in the heart of Quebec City with maybe a 20 minute walk to Old Quebec City but the amazing part is that the Plains of Abraham with its gardens, military fort and hours of walking paths is just outside your door. The information binder that Nina provided was excellent. We visited a lot of the restaurants and attractions in the binder. Merci Nina for helping us discover beautiful Quebec City. MJ Prendergast

Casa para 6 personas
Casa adecuada para 6 personas, muy cómoda y cercana al centro Ha sido una buena estancia. La lavandería estaba en el sótano y de fácil acceso El trato con Nina excelente, muy amable en todo momento
