「The room was nice and large with plenty of light and a nice chair to sit and read or watch TV. The common area and game area were a nice touch, and I loved being able to grab an apple for an afternoon snack when I came in after hours of sightseeing. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything. The staff was very nice and accommodating.」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. Google maps are incorrect due to streets that are no longer open to vehicles. 24 hour parking lot is located on main drag about 5 blocks away. For this apartment check-in and documentation is...
