“The location was excellent! We were able to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops with ease. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed the lounge area, which offered complimentary drinks and was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. There were plenty of games, books, and comfortable seating available. Our room was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a wonderful stay. Parking is paid, but it’s conveniently located……

“A splendid location in Old Quebec... inside the walls of the city. Newly renovated including walk in shower and wood floors but with original stone walls. The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as eggs, bacon , ham and potatoes. The only downside is that there is no elevator.”

“Bring your slippers or thick warm socks in cool and cold weather since there is no carpeting on the floors. Apartment is located in the old Quebec City in nice central location in the old city. Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. Google maps are incorrect due to streets that are no longer open to vehicles. 24 hour parking lot is located on main drag about 5 blocks away. For this apartment check-in and documentation is……

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“Great place to stay ! The view is amazing ! Staff was super friendly . Loved the coffee machine in the lobby . Could make a coffee at anytime . The renovation are amazing , looks so good ! We were at the top level. Lots of stairs so beware when carrying up the suitcase! Loved our stay, the check in and check out was super easy. The location is perfect, literally a 5 minutes walk to Le Château Frontenac. Would easily rate this place a 9-9.5 / 10 ! Would have given a 10 / 10 but the only thing is……

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
